Very kind from the start. We had a train issue and had to postpone our dinner. Even though we arrived almost closing time, they were kind enough to let us eat. Everything was delicious, especially the speck, which was incredibly tender and had a truly balanced flavor. Thanks again, as soon as we return to Bolzano, we will definitely be back!

I'd never been there before and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the service, and the food. I had the linguine with pesto, burrata, and salted dried tomatoes, which were truly delicious. The only flaw was that the portion wasn't very generous—just right if you also ordered a second course—but after ordering just the first course, you'd be left wanting more.

04/04/2026: A place that brings local customs to life. You immerse yourself in and experience the Ladin culture through the style, decor, waiters' uniforms, and especially the food. We felt truly welcome and welcomed. The waiter, Vlad, was very professional and present at just the right time. The dishes were exceptional and prepared with such care. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening! We'll be back!

23/07/2026: During our 9-day stay, we ate at the restaurant "Der Amtmann" twice and were delighted both times. Delicious food, a very child-friendly atmosphere, and warm and friendly service. We will definitely be back!
