17/06/2025: After 30 years as a loyal customer, I was very disappointed with my last visit. The new management doesn't seem to value regulars much. Despite five empty tables (none were reserved), the waitress Mina seated us right next to a group of about 12 people. There were only two of us and we wanted some peace and quiet, but we were denied a table for five. Instead, we were given a table for four to six people – but right next to the group. This decision was neither understandable nor hospitable. We left the restaurant, and Pizzeria Tantalus thanked us for our visit and looks forward to my next visit with my children and grandchildren. Mina apparently didn't understand who pays the bills and salaries.

18/05/2025: The pizza wasn't particularly tasty. They didn't even offer us balsamic vinegar, which should normally be standard fare at a pizzeria. The waiter didn't speak German. We were the only customers in the restaurant on a Sunday evening, which I think says a lot.

25/06/2025: The ambiance and service were really good. We also managed to catch a time slot where we didn't have to wait for a table. Some of the tables are large, so it didn't bother us when another couple joined us. The food, however, wasn't so exciting. We had the chef's meat skewer and the pork fillet on a bed of salad. Unfortunately, the already dead meat was cooked even more deadly, and a little salt wouldn't have hurt the flavor. The fries were mostly hard. The best part of the skewer was the vegetables... The pork fillet was also well-cooked and almost unsalted. Otherwise, everything was OK; drinks arrived quickly and were well chilled.

25/06/2025: Very cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Reservations are required as it usually gets very busy. Service is also good and very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

22/06/2025: Four of us stayed overnight this summer and loved it. It's almost right next to the cable car, making it ideal for mountain bikers not only in winter but also in summer. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended!

18/03/2025: We stopped for lunch two consecutive days after returning from a nice skiing trip. The refugee is very easygoing and friendly and also speaks Italian quite well, which is not a given in these places. Good food and honest prices, a beer from 0.5 to 5.5 euros is now a pipe dream even in the village

17/02/2025: Beautiful hutte, ski touring trails of varying difficulty around the area, friendly service, good food, homemade sausages, we loved David's speech before dinner. We came from far away, Prague only for the weekend, but we didn't regret it at all and we would be happy to go here again.

07/06/2025: We went there to eat pizza, it was delicious, the service was friendly and the beautiful terrace with garden restaurant was lovely, and around the corner past the church you have a wonderful view of Lake Kaltern, you should go there, not two minutes from the pizzeria.

18/02/2025: Eine sehr schöne Einkehrmöglichkeit auf unserer Winterwanderung. Wir saßen auf der beheizten Veranda, von wo aus man einen tollen Ausblick hat. Gestärkt haben wir uns mit einer ausgesprochen leckeren Kuddelsuppe und einem Teller mit Wurst, Fleisch und Sauerkraut. Alles frisch und hausgemacht, dadurch geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch mit der freundlichen Bewirtung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Volle Punktzahl mit Sternchen.

09/06/2025: An idyllic and quietly located hotel with excellent cuisine, spacious rooms, and a beautiful garden with a pool. It's perfectly equipped for cyclists of all kinds. We were thoroughly satisfied and can highly recommend this hotel.
