18/02/2026: We booked five nights for a family of four. The family suite was perfectly adequate – we were even kindly upgraded. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the spa and wellness area are in excellent condition. Both the breakfast buffet and the afternoon snack are incredibly plentiful and delicious. Dinner is fantastic and offers a great variety. The service is very friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

23/03/2026: A truly charming and quaint place, very welcoming, all in wood, reflecting the style of these magical places. I had one of the most flavorful cuts of beef, cooked perfectly rare, served with vegetables and baked potatoes. I found everything to be truly delicious, especially the seasonings. I was satisfied with just one dish because the portions are generous and you get everything you need in one dish: carbs, protein, and vegetables. Everything was excellent.

17/09/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited the Furtalm and were absolutely thrilled! 🏔️ The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly and attentive. We were especially pleased with the free schnapps – a wonderful gesture! 🍴🥂 An all-around successful visit; we'd love to come back.

31/03/2026: A run-down dive packed with card-playing pensioners, often with their dogs in the dining room. The menu consisted exclusively of pizzas. Service was only provided after persistent requests. P.S. Regarding your response: you must have mistaken us for someone else. After we sat down, we asked for the menu three times, then discovered that there were only pizzas, felt uncomfortable in the described environment, and got up and left. No conversation took place at any point. Of course, we respect your style of running the establishment and therefore won't be returning. However, we simply cannot recommend the concept of a clubhouse with privileges for regular customers.

16/11/2025: A cozy wine tavern in a fantastic location with excellent food and drinks. A must for us on every visit to South Tyrol. The attentive and friendly service is also noteworthy.

13/11/2025: A very nice place; I was invited to a Törggelen (traditional South Tyrolean autumn feast) today. The service was very friendly and quick. I had chestnut dumplings with venison ragout, followed by several dishes from the Schlachtplatte (a mixed meat platter), including sauerkraut, blood sausage, and more. All the food was excellent and delicious, and to top it all off, the landlady was treated to a round of schnapps. A lovely place to visit! 👍

25/03/2026: The pizza was unfortunately only average, and the appetizer portions were extremely small—especially considering the premium prices. Furthermore, our service was rather unfriendly, almost indifferent. The price/performance ratio was simply not right for us. We unfortunately neither felt comfortable in your restaurant nor were we impressed with the food. Therefore, we would not be returning.

11/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week's skiing. We were treated excellently. The owners are extremely kind, Cristian gave us lots of helpful tips and directions. The food is excellent and there's a wide variety of choices. The room was very spacious and clean.

26/02/2026: The food was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the kitchen! Unfortunately, the service staff is lacking... there's no coordination among them, and many of the waiters seem to lack attention to detail! ... you have to wait forever to be served or have your plates cleared. Side salads were taken from the main courses even before the appetizers had arrived... we waited 45 minutes for just one pizza bread as an appetizer... and then overheard an argument with the two waitresses about it... The service could definitely be better! The food was amazing 👍 The price was right! They have a lot of delivery orders, which is probably why the wait is so long...

15/03/2026: A very nice restaurant. Extremely child-friendly. There's a changing and breastfeeding room. The waitresses were all incredibly kind to us and our daughter. The food was very good. I had a salad with chicken, my husband had potatoes with cheese. Great bread basket. Beautiful view.

11/01/2026: A 5-star vacation!! We stayed for 7 nights with our young children, and the apartment is fabulous, with a magnificent view and dedicated parking. But the real highlight is Brigitte, who truly knows how to pamper her guests. Excellent!

07/04/2026: Highly recommended! The junior manager, the owner's wife, and the owner's wife are wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. You feel their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality from the very first moment! The food is outstanding, of a very high standard, all fresh and locally sourced. It's a fantastic place to find peace and recharge. The spa area is small but perfectly formed, with a whirlpool offering a unique view. All in all, a truly welcoming and relaxing place, far removed from the tourist crowds! Thank you!

24/09/2025: We stayed at the Steinerhof for four nights with our dog, Apollo. It was so wonderful with you, we felt truly at home. The delicious breakfast, prepared with so much love and warmth, was truly amazing. Then the incredibly delicious and plentiful dinner was truly 5-star quality! Kathy cooks so wonderfully! It was an all-around wonderful vacation with you. We parked our car on Sunday and started the day from there. We went on beautiful hikes in fantastic weather ☀️🤗 Thank you so much for everything Kathrin, Marko, and Apollo 🐾😘

16/09/2025: We were privileged to spend two wonderful weeks at the Steinerhof farm at the beginning of August. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you so much for the warmth and the fun conversations over a glass of schnapps in the evenings. We stayed in the old farmer's suite. The charm of the 400-year-old wood was immediately captivating, so it wasn't a problem to duck your head in the doorway. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy. But that's what old houses bring. The food in the farm tavern is also highly recommended. You shouldn't miss the homemade syrups or schnapps. A big thank you goes to Dora, who looked after us so well during our riding in the arena and on our trail rides. The trail rides in particular are pure adventure; the horses are absolutely relaxed (when I think of ours ;-) ) and sure-footed. It's also great to be able to go into the stables and cuddle at any time. In Pfelders, you can simply leave the car behind and relax. Waking up in the morning with such a panorama just makes you feel good. The village festival on the Feast of the Assumption was a lovely way to end the day. Thanks for the wonderful time.
