Excellent food there and tasty!!!!!!

Small, traditional restaurant in the center of Dobbiaco I had the best canederli (duo di canederli) of my life. My husband's, in broth, were also really good. The waiter was very courteous and friendly. Make a reservation because it's always busy!

We stumbled upon this place by chance after a morning spent at Lake Braies, and immediately appreciated the welcoming, typical local setting. I recommend the meat, which is delicious and expertly cooked.

Excellent experience, authentic local flavors! I visited this restaurant and was very satisfied. If you're looking for authentic, traditional cuisine, you've come to the right place. We started with a truly excellent platter of local cured meats and cheeses: fresh, flavorful, and top-quality ingredients, a true delight for the palate. For our first course, I chose a typical local dish, which was expertly prepared, with a wonderful balance of flavors. To round things off, the mixed grill was a pleasant surprise: perfectly cooked, juicy, and of excellent quality. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'm giving it 4 stars only because there's a tiny bit of room for improvement, but overall, it's a place I'd happily return to. Recommended for lovers of good local cuisine!

Beautiful, traditional atmosphere, very friendly staff and owner, excellent food! Try the venison tagliatelle, the grilled meat, and the dumplings—highly recommended!

A truly charming and quaint place, very welcoming, all in wood, reflecting the style of these magical places. I had one of the most flavorful cuts of beef, cooked perfectly rare, served with vegetables and baked potatoes. I found everything to be truly delicious, especially the seasonings. I was satisfied with just one dish because the portions are generous and you get everything you need in one dish: carbs, protein, and vegetables. Everything was excellent.

The food was very tasty and authentic for this region. Service is great, it seams like a family restaurant, they are really friendly and even served us after hours.
