24/01/2026: Our stay at Romantik Hotel Santer was absolutely wonderful! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and friendly staff who welcomed us with genuine hospitality — and many of them speak multiple languages, including Russian, which made communication effortless. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right beside the Nordic Arena, making it an ideal base for cross-country skiing. You can literally step out the door and onto the trails. It’s also perfect for hiking and trail running in the surrounding Dolomites, with beautiful mountain routes starting nearby. One of the standout features of the hotel for us was the well-designed ski storage and preparation rooms — super convenient after long days on the snow. The spa and wellness area is absolutely exceptional! With a variety of saunas, relaxation zones, an indoor pool, and two heated outdoor pools, this place is every athlete’s dream for post-training recovery. And speaking of experiences — the food here is truly remarkable! We spent a week at the hotel, and every meal was different, creative, and incredibly delicious. The presentation was so refined that even high-end restaurants would be proud. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Every detail — from the professional service and perfect location to the spa and cuisine — made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Romantik Hotel Santer, and if we get the chance, we’ll definitely stay here again! ✨⛷️🏔️

03/01/2026: We spent 9 days over Christmas and New Year's Eve. The room and spa were excellent. The food wasn't up to par with the place (the New Year's Eve dinner was mediocre). It wouldn't take much to improve.

24/02/2026: Just an awesome hotel with a really cool sauna and a cool restaurant! We were here for 3 days. Even though we drove 40 minutes to Val Gardena every morning, the road was with beautiful views. The pizza in the restaurant is great. After skiing, we relaxed in the Sauna with relaxing music. There is a fast charging station for electric cars 5 minutes from the hotel. The room design is modern. Top for this price!

17/11/2025: A wonderful place, combined with a fitting spiritual atmosphere. The overall concept is harmonious! The price for an overnight stay is more than fair. I would gladly return anytime.

24/10/2025: A very beautiful abbey, with a great sense of tranquility. Hiking trails also start there. There's a beautiful view of the upper Venosta Valley.

04/03/2026: We had a truly wonderful time, the service and friendliness were excellent, and the food was truly magnificent. The rooms were super comfortable and well-organized, the spa and pool area was beautiful, a true immersion in relaxation, the staff was incredibly attentive, and as I mentioned before, the service was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful touches we received, the birthday cake was incredibly unexpected, and I thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the gesture. You touched me ❤️. Additionally, since we couldn't bring our dog into the dining room, we dined at the bar. I must say, everything was perfect there, nothing was out of place, and we felt truly pampered from start to finish. I sincerely thank everyone for the amazing work you do every day. In fact, we've already booked for this summer too.

18/02/2026: What can I say? The staff were incredibly kind and available to answer any questions, the rooms were immaculate and clean, the location was excellent, close to the center. My favorite thing was the wellness area... I was enchanted. There's a section open to everyone, and another reserved for those over 14. Highly recommended if you're looking for a truly relaxing vacation. And I almost forgot... The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

16/11/2025: A cozy wine tavern in a fantastic location with excellent food and drinks. A must for us on every visit to South Tyrol. The attentive and friendly service is also noteworthy.

13/11/2025: A very nice place; I was invited to a Törggelen (traditional South Tyrolean autumn feast) today. The service was very friendly and quick. I had chestnut dumplings with venison ragout, followed by several dishes from the Schlachtplatte (a mixed meat platter), including sauerkraut, blood sausage, and more. All the food was excellent and delicious, and to top it all off, the landlady was treated to a round of schnapps. A lovely place to visit! 👍

31/03/2026: A run-down dive packed with card-playing pensioners, often with their dogs in the dining room. The menu consisted exclusively of pizzas. Service was only provided after persistent requests. P.S. Regarding your response: you must have mistaken us for someone else. After we sat down, we asked for the menu three times, then discovered that there were only pizzas, felt uncomfortable in the described environment, and got up and left. No conversation took place at any point. Of course, we respect your style of running the establishment and therefore won't be returning. However, we simply cannot recommend the concept of a clubhouse with privileges for regular customers.

15/02/2026: Best pizza ever, the "Friendship Pizza" was very well topped and the dough was excellent.

24/02/2026: We initially booked only the outbound journey, but changed our minds and took the train back down. It worked perfectly, and we didn't have to pay the full price, just the surcharge for the combination ticket. Super nice, thank you so much!

03/01/2026: Great mountain railway, modern, punctual, friendly staff and fair prices. Everything was perfect, we had a lovely day.

18/02/2026: We booked five nights for a family of four. The family suite was perfectly adequate – we were even kindly upgraded. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the spa and wellness area are in excellent condition. Both the breakfast buffet and the afternoon snack are incredibly plentiful and delicious. Dinner is fantastic and offers a great variety. The service is very friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

11/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week's skiing. We were treated excellently. The owners are extremely kind, Cristian gave us lots of helpful tips and directions. The food is excellent and there's a wide variety of choices. The room was very spacious and clean.

07/04/2026: Highly recommended! The junior manager, the owner's wife, and the owner's wife are wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. You feel their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality from the very first moment! The food is outstanding, of a very high standard, all fresh and locally sourced. It's a fantastic place to find peace and recharge. The spa area is small but perfectly formed, with a whirlpool offering a unique view. All in all, a truly welcoming and relaxing place, far removed from the tourist crowds! Thank you!

25/03/2026: The pizza was unfortunately only average, and the appetizer portions were extremely small—especially considering the premium prices. Furthermore, our service was rather unfriendly, almost indifferent. The price/performance ratio was simply not right for us. We unfortunately neither felt comfortable in your restaurant nor were we impressed with the food. Therefore, we would not be returning.
