07/03/2025: Personale disponibile e molto cortese. Attenzione particolare alle intolleranze (possibilità di molte opzioni senza glutine e senza lattosio nella colazione super ricca). La spa è fantastica. Camera moderna e spaziosa. Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel!

22/02/2025: È stato un soggiorno magnifico, stanze e ambienti nuovissimi e con gusto raffinato. L’accoglienza da parte del personale e la loro gentilezza è stata una delle cose più significative. Sempre disponibili alle richieste e ai vari inconvenienti. Per non parlare della spa che non ha prezzo e della colazione, la migliore mai fatta. Penso proprio che sia stato il mio soggiorno più bello finora. Tantissimi complimenti per la vostra struttura, il vostro modo di lavorare e la vostra artigianalità. È stato tutto meraviglioso, grazie di cuore.

03/01/2025: We stayed for 4 days at the end of the year. We had the dinner offered by them, excellent service from a starred chef accompanied with music and fireworks, in short, nothing was missing at all. We found a suite at the last minute, calling it a room was an understatement given its size.everything very nice and very clean. Definitely an experience to recommend

07/12/2024: Alles ist hier ausgezeichnet! Schönes traditionelles, gewachsenes Hotel **** auf höchstem Niveau, von Familie Prunner mit Herz geführt - die Mitarbeitenden werden hier sehr wertgeschätzt, sind unglaublich engagiert und sehr freundlich! Wir fühlen uns hier immer herzlich willkommen, können hier wunderbar entspannen, abschalten und genießen. Es ist kulinarisch topp, es fehlt nichts, die Küche macht einen tollen Job und im SPA finden wir eine Oase der Ruhe. Was will man mehr… Unser Lieblings Hotel in Südtirol!

10/03/2025: Family welcome, small warm and very welcoming refuge, wooden rooms with double beds and duvets, top kitchen. Recommended!

04/03/2025: The refugeist Markus is kind, welcoming and easy-going, he is very attentive to the needs of his clients. The refuge has a large parking lot and a magnificent view. The food is good, it has a bathroom with shower, welcoming rooms and offers bar service. I was there in winter, apparently in summer there is also a pizza oven. I really recommend it to you. 20/10/2024: We spent wonderful days in a holiday apartment on the Wargerhof. Breakfast service with fresh rolls, homemade jam, eggs and fresh milk. The apartment is very nicely furnished, everything you need is there. The location is ideal for beautiful tours. The food in the Hofschank was very good and the rooms were cozy. Katharina is very nice and accommodating and helped us with all of our questions. Absolutely recommended.

25/03/2025: Well, the food was very well prepared. Some with good value for money such a the starter plate, others too pricey in my opinion. Although I loved the sign “Not you again” by the entrance, the atmosphere at the restaurant was my biggest problem.

02/11/2024: Eat: The tartare was excellent, however the burgers were a total disappointment. The lettuce leaves were old and the burger meat was raw, even though we ordered it “well done”. Ambiance: The table was wobbling, the table lamp was broken, and the room temperature was uncomfortably cold. Service: The service seemed cool and attentive, but there was a lack of genuine, warm friendliness.

18/02/2025: Eine sehr schöne Einkehrmöglichkeit auf unserer Winterwanderung. Wir saßen auf der beheizten Veranda, von wo aus man einen tollen Ausblick hat. Gestärkt haben wir uns mit einer ausgesprochen leckeren Kuddelsuppe und einem Teller mit Wurst, Fleisch und Sauerkraut. Alles frisch und hausgemacht, dadurch geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch mit der freundlichen Bewirtung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Volle Punktzahl mit Sternchen.

05/01/2025: Average food, not recommended but nice Location. We have already visited a few wine taverns in South Tyrol and were disappointed with them today Eat. The dumplings (actually a core specialty) were nothing special. The pumpkin cream soup tasted watery and was not seasoned. The location is very quaint and the view is beautiful - but we wouldn't come again because of the food. The price-performance ratio wasn't right.

05/01/2025: Trovato grazie alla guida del GalloRosso, questo maso è in posizione invidiabile e ha un bello spazio sia all'esterno che dentro. La cucina è quella classica dei locali che in autunno offrono il menù Torggele, ma si sente che qualità e materia prima sono di ottimo livello. Unica nota stonata il prezzo, un po' alto per un menù predefinito e per il vino della casa: in due abbiamo preso un solo menù, un tagliere e un piatto di canederli, con mezzo litro di vino sfuso, spendendo quasi 75€. Le porzioni sono comunque generose e il servizio piuttosto gentile.

07/10/2024: 1450 m di altezza, attaccato alla miniera e al suo museo, i Bel panorama sulle montagne ed è molto curato l’interno, mangiato un ottimotris di canederli , carpaccio forse era un po’ troppo elaborato ed era meglio presentarlo senza pomodori e melanzane in purezza, il kaiserschmarrn molto abbondante e molto buono, servito con la composta di mele anche se forse con le prugne sarebbe più adeguato. Ottima Gasthof di montagna. Consiglio

11/09/2024: che finalmente serve i veri piatti della cucina tirolese, senza troppe modifiche e fronzoli inutili, tanto che sembra di essere tornati indietro nel tempo. Porzioni abbondanti, servizio rapido, prezzi medi. Molto consigliato.
