12/08/2025: My girlfriend and I stopped in this lovely place for an afternoon break. A very nice and friendly guy greeted us, and we enjoyed an aperitif with delicious cocktails and a fantastic selection of appetizers! Highly recommended if you're in La Villa.

The rooms are immaculately clean and the food is excellent, and the wellness center is a must-try. The location is also stunning, offering a breathtaking view. I recommend it for a relaxing stay and to be pampered by Herbert's delicacies and Rosy's kindness.

07/12/2025: During a truly busy period, we found this hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. Extremely kind, spotlessly clean, and attentive to detail. The sweet and savory breakfast was plentiful, and the dinner was well-prepared and delicious. The wellness area and pool were excellent. Nothing to say except that I wish the owner and family continued success and growth.

12/10/2025: We stopped here after a strenuous day of hiking. It was the crowning conclusion to a perfect day: The food is sensational. Regional, varied, and skillfully prepared. The bacon alone is worth the trip. We sat and chatted with the hosts for a long time over wine and homemade schnapps. Thank you so much for this evening!

18/09/2025: A truly special culinary experience. The starters and main course were top-notch, with excellent local produce, superbly prepared, and beautifully presented. The service was excellent and very attentive from start to finish, and the wine recommendations were also spot on. All at a slightly upscale price, but very fair for the products. It was also very child-friendly for our little daughter. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back!

The warm welcome immediately put us at ease and was the perfect start to our short break. The staff truly impressed us. Every single employee was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always seemed to be there at just the right moment. Our wishes were often fulfilled before we even thought of them – this made our stay truly special. Although it's all-inclusive, the quality is simply exceptional. The food is Michelin-star quality, beautifully presented, and a real culinary highlight. The drinks are also high-quality and carefully selected. The hotel itself immediately captivated us: stylish, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and with spacious rooms where you simply feel at home. Because the hotel is small, it has a quiet, intimate, and incredibly cozy atmosphere – the perfect place to unwind and relax. And then there's the location! The view of Merano is priceless and thrilled us every single day. You just want to stop and soak in the view. In short: This hotel impressed us in every way. It feels like a place you'll want to return to again and again – and that's exactly what we'll do.

20/11/2025: Simply wow! Our stay at Hotel Avidea was absolutely perfect. Thank you again to everyone for making our stay so wonderful. Food: The food was a highlight throughout. Breakfast offered a large and high-quality selection, including a variety of freshly prepared egg dishes, and the coffee was excellent. Lunch was also very generous, featuring both hot and cold options, a combination of buffet and à la carte. Dinner was fantastic, easily comparable to a Michelin-starred restaurant. The luxury all-inclusive concept truly covers everything, allowing guests to enjoy a wide selection of exquisite cocktails and an extensive wine list. Service: The service was simply wonderful. The entire team was incredibly attentive, warm, and personable, making us feel instantly at ease. We would especially like to commend Christine and Serena, who made our dinners even more special each evening with their incredibly kind and friendly manner. Dinner was fantastic, easily comparable to a Michelin-starred restaurant. Room: The room was very nice and spacious, and the view of the mountain panorama, over which the sun rises in the morning, was simply breathtaking. The large balcony is an additional highlight, offering plenty of space and perfect for relaxing. Spa: The spa area is surprisingly large for a relatively small hotel, featuring two wonderfully warm pools where you can truly unwind. In addition, there are three saunas and a steam room, all offering ample space. There are plenty of loungers in each area, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. The sauna infusions were also excellent and perfectly complemented the spa experience. In short: a hotel that excels in every aspect, one you'd want to book again immediately, and which we can wholeheartedly recommend. 🙌✨

25/10/2025: I'm so glad to find this place! We weren't sure at first because it has burgers, pizzas, kebabs, Latin, Asian, etc. When a restaurant has too many flavors, it loses quality of food. Not this joint! We ordered chicken cutlet and seafood stew & rice. They both hit the spot for us. Thank you!

14/11/2025: Even if it was just for a day of pampering, we had a wonderful time! I'm so happy to have discovered you and to be able to tell others about you and recommend them to experience Fayn!! We would have loved to stay at least 3 days. To anyone reading this review, I recommend considering booking as a couple at the first opportunity! From the main entrance, I immediately understood the importance of detail, cleanliness, and good food, including drinks. CONGRATULATIONS to the managers for what they've built and continued. 27/10/2025: We spent a wonderful day at the hotel's day spa. The spa area with its infinity pool is stunningly beautiful, as are the stylish relaxation rooms. The entire hotel is very tastefully decorated, and the staff impresses with their friendliness and attentiveness. The two hosts are also extremely warm and accommodating. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. The location is also excellent – ​​the train station and shopping center are just a five-minute walk away.

16/12/2025: My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the evening of December 12 during our first trip to Italy. The facilities were fantastic, and we had a perfect night here! Tragically, I carelessly left my wallet (with my passport inside) on the car roof when we checked out the next day. We didn’t notice until we reached our next stop, and we were absolutely panicked—losing the passport would have ruined our whole trip and left us stranded abroad. After a frantic search, we went back to the hotel for help, and the front desk ladies were incredibly kind and helpful. They organized staff to search the hotel thoroughly, checked surveillance footage to confirm my mistake, and helped us contact the local police to file a report. Since we don’t speak Italian, they also acted as our translators and liaisons the entire time. While we were at the police station, we got a call from a local who’d found our wallet in a nearby village—and the hotel team immediately helped coordinate with him to get it back. Thanks to their tireless efforts, we recovered the wallet and my passport, and got to continue our Italian adventure smoothly. The hotel’s service is truly exceptional, and the scenery here is stunning too. We can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and warmth—10/10 recommend!

Every single employee was always very nice, friendly, helpful, in good spirits, and even a little bit funny – simply perfect. The owners, the Brunner family, are simply in a class of their own. We have never seen such competent managers. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The food was excellent: an honorable mention goes to the pork knuckle, truly delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll repeat it as soon as possible.
