14/03/2026: A typical restaurant that surprised us! A warm and welcoming place, with a menu for all tastes. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are excellent, and the main courses are equally good. The prices are perfectly in line with the average, and the staff is friendly. We'll be back!

13/03/2026: We were absolutely delighted with our visit to this restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding – truly delicious and prepared with excellent, fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were also perfectly proportioned, ensuring we left feeling full and satisfied. The very fair price-performance ratio deserves special mention. For the quality and quantity of the food, it's more than reasonable. The ambiance is beautiful: cozy, authentic, and with a genuine Italian flair that makes you feel instantly at ease. Add to that the very attentive and courteous service, with a great eye for detail. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

14/03/2026: I had the trio of bruschettas, which were delicious, especially the pesto one. Unfortunately, I found the pizzas awful. Ignoring the fact that they were very thin and crispy (since many people like them that way), both the Parmigiana and the Margherita with prosciutto were very flavorless. I plan on returning to try the cuisine, though.

We feel completely at ease and well cared for; nowhere else can you relax so much in just a few days, and we're so glad we get to enjoy your fantastic cuisine, which, combined with Katrin's recommended hiking routes, is the perfect complement. You are all such wonderful, warm hosts, so we're already counting down the days until our next visit. 🌞

29/12/2025: Simply wonderful! My husband, my two-and-a-half-year-old son, and I spent the Christmas holidays in this beautiful oasis of peace! The hotel is located in a very quiet yet strategic area. Bolzano is just a few kilometers away, as are Lake Carezza, the Fassa Valley, and so on. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a view straight out of a postcard! Katrin and Stefan are undoubtedly the beating heart of this place. Thanks to their hospitality, we felt right at home. Stefan pampered and delighted us with his delicious food, prepared with passion and skill. Katrin was incredibly sweet and kind, accommodating our every request with her infectious smile. Not to mention the breakfast: mouth-watering! On Christmas Eve, when we went up to our room after dinner, we even found a little gift from the staff 😍 And on Christmas Day, at breakfast, each of us found a Santa Claus-shaped chocolate at our seats! Well, what more can we say? Thank you, Katrin and Stefan, for hosting and pampering us! We'll definitely be back soon ❤️

11/03/2026: WOW!! We spent our vacation here and were thrilled. The style of the house is simply beautiful. The estate is in a very quiet location and offers every comfort. The highlights are the excellent cuisine and the new swimming pool. The pool is especially perfect for relaxing after a hike in the mountains. The hosts are incredibly friendly and fulfill every wish. We've already booked for next year.

15/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at Ansitz Romani to celebrate the end of the year and the arrival of 2026. The beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains and the Adige Valley, the very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the tastefully decorated rooms (we stayed in the old building), a fantastic New Year's Eve menu with a lovely finish on the terrace, and the consistently surprising and extensive breakfast all make us want to return soon.

31/10/2025: The restaurant with guest rooms isn't located on the main road, but rather high up on the edge of the mountains, but it's well worth the trip! Extremely delicious, authentic cuisine made with regional products. Very hospitable and communicative hostesses run the family business. A campsite and a pitch for motorhomes under 3.5t are available on request, including shower/toilet access and breakfast on site.

23/08/2025: If you want to buy or drink excellent wine, this is the perfect place! The staff can recommend the perfect wine for you and tell you about each bottle. Tastings are available. Highly recommended!

21/08/2025: Excellent small wine bar to grab a great glass from a wide variety of wines and a small plate to eat. The staff are very knowledgeable on the wines and area. They are very friendly and enjoy the business. Highly recommend visiting this small business while in town.

15/10/2025: Incredible tasting menu experience with Claudio and the team. I can see why it’s so highly regarded in the reviews. Every course was beautifully put together and the idea behind all the wine pairings being natural wines kept it interesting and the taste pairings were managed perfectly. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a bit special in the area.

24/09/2025: We've stayed at the hotel three times, and it's become one of our favorites. You can't help but feel at home. Mr. Toni and all the staff are simply fantastic.

27/08/2025: Service 20 out of 10 - Food 20 out of 10. Truly great - even with children. Elisabeth and Toni are simply wonderful hosts. They and their team offer service and cuisine (home-style) that would make any 5-star hotel green with envy. This is our third time here, and it's simply wonderful.
