28/06/2025: Overall, the staff are super friendly and the ride is nice. I'm deducting one point because even during peak weekday hours, there are no rides between 12:30 and 2:00 p.m. Accordingly, the rush for the 2:00 p.m. ride is quite large...if you don't arrive at least half an hour early, you'll have to wait for the next ride.

25/07/2025: We stayed at the castle hotel for one night. We really enjoyed it! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. Overall, every member of staff, and of course the owners, made every effort to fulfill every guest's wish. The outdoor area was a feast for the eyes; you can tell it's been lovingly maintained and decorated. Our room was older, but it was clean and very quiet...we slept very well, so we slept very well. We'll definitely be back!!! Keep it up...

21/07/2025: Review: Disappointing stay for our silver wedding anniversary – unfortunately, not recommended We were really looking forward to our stay at the castle hotel and wanted to experience something very special for our silver wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met – quite the opposite, we were disappointed. With its 4-star superior status and correspondingly high prices, the hotel was our conscious choice for an exclusive experience. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the service was not up to par. The staff was at times unfriendly and unprofessional – so much so that we sometimes felt uncomfortable just going there for dinner. The room was also anything but contemporary: clearly dated, with worn furniture and little charm. The hotel complex itself, while generally beautifully located, appears unkempt and neglected – again, it lacks the standards one would expect from this category of hotel. The food was also disappointing. Neither the taste nor the presentation met the standards of a 4-star superior hotel. Overall, the value for money was disproportionate. We had hoped to spend our wedding day in a stylish and high-quality setting – instead, we were left with a bitter aftertaste and the certainty that we wouldn't visit this hotel again. A real shame.

23/07/2025: Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Hype or the Price We had a really disappointing dinner at Adler. First, the waitress brought us wine without even asking what we wanted — no wine list, no question, just poured whatever she chose. That set the tone for the night. The food was bland and boring, with no flavor or excitement. Then came the worst part: we ordered an ox steak and no one asked how we wanted it cooked. It came out completely overcooked. We sent it back and asked for medium rare — it came back nearly raw. We had to send the steak three times to the kitchen, and still it wasn’t right. My partner almost choked on a cold, chewy piece of meat. It was honestly scary and unacceptable. For a place with this reputation, it was a complete failure.

22/07/2025: We were staying nearby but were able to enjoy the delicious and authentic cuisine twice in this charming, clean, and cozy restaurant. The hostess and staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, even to our three children. Everything went perfectly. As Belgians with a passion for fine dining, we can highly recommend this restaurant. They use local ingredients, and the plates are beautifully presented. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back to enjoy all the delicious food. Excellent value for money! Fam. Van Hulle

We stayed one night at the Biohotel Panorama South Tyrol in Mals – as a stopover on our Trans Alp tour – and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel impresses with its quiet location, its lovingly designed interior, and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dinner was a culinary highlight: organic, regional, and lovingly prepared. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm – we felt welcome from the very first moment. Despite the rain, we were generously allowed to stay longer in the cozy lobby until our shuttle service arrived – a gesture that demonstrates true hospitality. The in-house distillery is also particularly worth mentioning: We had the pleasure of sampling some of the homemade schnapps – delicious and highly recommended. 24/07/2025: A very nice hotel with spacious rooms. It's located by the road, but there's little traffic at night. There's a stable nearby, but only a faint odor emanating from it. The food was okay: breakfast wasn't very varied, but dinner was filling, tasty, and varied. The trip was part of the Horyzonty travel agency.

18/07/2025: Well, maybe we were just unlucky. However, we only got disgusting drinks. Only one of the three of us got lunch. The other two ordered but didn't get anything. We left hungry after over an hour. In the service's defense, about 10 people ate there, so it was manageable.

24/02/2025: In una splendida passeggiata alla fine della valle Aurina dove superando la montagna che chiude la valle si raggiunge l'Austria, in questa baita si trova una accoglienza cordiale e buon cibo. Ottimi piatti del giorno ravioli e gulagh con polenta e poi la kaisermart (frittata dolce con marmellata). Prezzi onesti tempi giusti e grappa offerta.

29/07/2025: A family-run hotel of exquisite workmanship and exquisite hospitality. The food is amazing, and the spa is small but truly a gem. Nice rooms, but no refrigerator. The location is strategic, allowing you to reach the most beautiful destinations in South Tyrol. Plenty of parking.

17/07/2025: The food was excellent. The lake view was amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. None of the guests or staff spoke English. However, it was still nice. There was a sauna and jacuzzi.

23/07/2025: Cute little restaurant with typical Tyrolean/Italian dishes. Unfortunately, not all of them were well-prepared. The snorkel fell apart when you cut it and wasn't crispy. The spaghetti carbonara was in a cream sauce and wasn't seasoned. It certainly wasn't bad. But I've eaten at better places. The service was friendly, though.
