13/05/2025: Every time I pass by those parts it is my point of reference. I am talking about the restaurant: I often go there in winter, during my skiing trips that take me to the San Cassiano area. I have also been there in summer and I found an even "higher" service. Quality restaurant and excellent wine list. Price naturally adequate for the place.

05/06/2025: Bistro 7 is an institution! A very nice owner, excellent and, above all, friendly staff. The food (although we've only eaten there twice) is very good. But we usually go there for a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. And to top it off... our dog always gets a treat.

27/06/2025: Review referring to the restaurant. I would like to start by saying that I chose this restaurant because of the good reviews and because looking at the photos of the menu it seemed that the prices were not as high as in the rest of the restaurants in Corvara. When I arrived I realized that they were probably old photos, as the prices are exactly the same as in the other restaurants, a bit high. As for the service, the waiters are professional, attentive and kind. The restaurant is very beautiful and the ceiling is made of carved wood, very fine. The dishes are particular and with refined tastes, which justifies the price well. So the experience was good, if it were not for the price of the bottle of water of €4.50... I have never seen anything like it in my life. But that's okay, we enjoyed a good dinner.

04/05/2025: My partner and I, every year for his birthday, decide to celebrate in this wonderful structure. Staff attentive to the smallest details, welcoming and really kind. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The food is of excellent quality, both at breakfast and dinner. There is a parking space in the structure, certainly a convenience! For us it is a reconfirmation every year! Well done everyone!

07/06/2025: Fantastic all around, there's no other way to describe it. We were thrilled with the location, the hotel, our room, and especially the food. We found the friendly service here very pleasant. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but we'll definitely be back soon.

01/06/2025: Everything was simply perfect! I had a Wienerschnitzel and my brother had the Tris (cheese/spinach dumplings and Pustertaler Schlutzkrapfen). You immediately understand that everything is homemade and freshly prepared! You receive a friendly welcome! You can feel that the work is done with love! We are looking forward to our next holiday in South Tyrol! We will definitely be back.

Solo perché il primo scelto alla fine era buono (anche se, a dirla tutta, il menù prevedeva poche specialità locali ed elaborazioni discutibili, oppure piatti non tipici, come i miei strozzapreti, che sono trentini...). Su tutto il resto stendiamo un velo pietoso perché è evidente che la gestione del locale è in mano a personale totalmente inadeguato, incapace di gestire i picchi e a rapportarsi con la clientela in modo cortese e professionale. Prima di tutto: il tavolo me lo sono creato da solo, spostando barili e sedie. Dopodiché, anziché ringraziarmi, il caposala ha pensato bene di farmi ordinare e ammonirmi di non scappare senza pagare perché ci sono le telecamere a sorvegliare. Ma io mi chiedo: ma che modi sono? Additarmi come un ladro così, gratuitamente? Vergogna! Quantomeno, avrei gradito un servizio impeccabile, e invece in una giornata da tutto esaurito, il personale era ai minimi storici, un'ora per un primo piatto e, a mia domanda su che fine avesse fatto (stavano mangiando tutti i tavoli che avevano ordinato dopo di me che ero da solo, primi piatti compresi), la prima risposta è stata "no non puoi chiedere", la seconda è stata "se hai ordinato arriva", e solo la terza volta magicamente è comparso il piatto. Ho quindi evitato il dolce e pensavo di bere un caffè al banco. Cosa invece non possibile e quindi l'ho dovuto ordinare. Stessa scena. A quel punto, avendo già pagato con l'ordine, sono entrato io al banco a ritirarlo in autonomia: era sul bancone che aspettava da chissà quanto. Che vergogna. E soprattutto, che imbarazzo: la Badia non ha bisogno di locali del genere, che si fregiano di essere rifugi storici e invece farebbero meglio a cedere il passo ad altri!

25/05/2025: Delicious food, very friendly service, good parking for campers, local-style breakfast, and upon request for campers, even on the day of rest on Mondays. The house bread is amazing, seasoned like a Vinschgerl (a typical Vinschgerl) but made with a lighter dough.

28/05/2025: After almost walking past the rather inconspicuous entrance, we enjoyed a delicious meal with fresh ingredients and an excellent wine. A very sophisticated ambiance and friendly service contributed to a pleasant stay. We'd love to come back!

25/06/2025: We were here two years ago and decided to try again on a whim. We walked there from the hotel. Parking is a bit difficult to find in the surrounding area. The pizzas are good. However, it gets very hot in the restaurant. A second air conditioning unit has been installed, but it's not exactly comfortable.

02/06/2025: If you want to eat a good pizza and not spend a lot this is the right place, parking 200 meters away near the church, thinly rolled pizza, very large and rich

22/05/2025: The food was very good! The service was very attentive! Unfortunately, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc was €15! That's a rip-off, especially when the bottle costs €17 in the store! What a shame 😭
