17/02/2026: We had brunch at the Ansitz and then, two months later, ordered the brunch boxes again for pickup! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!! Super delicious, high-quality products! A lot of attention to detail and a lot of effort in the selection (extravagant homemade jams)! Thank you so much and we'd be happy to come back! Keep up the good work!

05/12/2025: An absolutely fantastic place. Everything is perfect here. I probably shouldn't write such a glowing review, since I'll definitely be going back again and again, and that would be a shame. But the owners truly deserve it. Even our dachshund's favorite frisbee was still available after four days because it had been reserved. A real treat! For us and for the dog.

17/10/2025: This is what a Buschenschank (wine tavern) should be like. Delicious, down-to-earth, and rustic ambiance with a magnificent view of Merano. And above all, friendly people and fair prices! Stay here. A great break right on the Waalweg (Waal Path), which, by the way, is a lovely walk! Thank you very much!

23/12/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our landlady. They bake with love here. And... There are lots of little slices to choose from, including a variety of cakes. And we tried quite a few! We definitely can't answer the question of which cake tastes better... They were all so delicious! Definitely recommended, and the earth pyramids nearby are a great addition.

The lovely ladies from the Kids Club made the experience perfect for my daughter. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back again!

22/12/2025: Truly dog- and owner-friendly, as you get a fixed place for breakfast and dinner - and are not, as in some other hotels, carelessly placed here and there with your four-legged friend despite high daily "dog fees".

27/08/2025: A very nice hotel with a superb location on the edge of the village with direct access to the mountains. Very friendly, attentive staff; you can tell it's owner-managed. The evening menus are a dream! The price is quite high, but you get the corresponding quality. We'll be back as soon as we can!

05/10/2025: We were spontaneously rebooked into this hotel after needing a last-minute overnight stay on our return journey. Luckily for us, it was a 4-star hotel. Both inside and out, the hotel impressed us with a perfect blend of comfort and warmth, as well as modernity and cleanliness. We were given a cute room with three beds, all of which were perfectly located. Early in the morning, we were even allowed to use the spa area on the first floor, which was truly fantastic. I have never seen such a beautifully designed area. Someone had really put a lot of thought into it. We received a warmer welcome at breakfast than we have ever received. The staff member acted more like a friend and knew all the guests by name. We felt wonderfully well looked after and were treated with healthy drinks, Bavarian sausages, and great attention. There is a huge selection: gluten-free products, oat milk and lactose-free milk, five different juices, eggs boiled for 5, 7, or 10 minutes, or scrambled. Everyone received a sheet with the latest information on the program, weather, news... We were absolutely thrilled. A very inviting, luxurious hotel, which is definitely a great place to stay in winter, especially when combined with skiing. We also really enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding forest! Parking was also available directly at the hotel :)

23/09/2025: Fantastic little wine bar. We tried a couple of wines, both delicious and reasonably priced (about €6 each). Service was great, atmosphere exactly what you want for an evening wine before dinner. They also have other drinks for those who don’t feel like wine. Highly recommend!
