08/08/2025: Conosco questo ristorante che è una tappa fissa quando passo per Bolzano per la sua cucina tradizionale. Consiglio di assaggiare anche i piatti del giorno che vengono proposti. In due abbiamo preso un canederlo di formaggio con verdure, che sono oggettivamente un rischio per il ristorante ma le ho trovate buone e semplici ma saporitissime: era un piattone con carote al burro, broccolo, cavolfiore, zucchine in padella deliziose e spinaci con un enorme e sofficissimo canederlo al centro. Un primo del giorno ovvero tortelli di patate ripieni di formaggio buonissimi, un piatto di patate saltate e una krautsalat. Acqua e mezzo di vino e non avevamo spazio per il dolce perché le porzioni sono adeguatamente abbondanti. È un piacere mangiare all’interno di questo locale che è senza fronzoli e ti porta ad assaporare una cucina genuina in un ambiente di altri tempi. Conto entro i 45 euro, tutti meritati. Tornerò ancora.

11/07/2025: A very elegant yet informal venue, a small garden in the center of Bressanone. An extra star for the young but highly trained staff. Let them advise you on your choice and you won't be disappointed!

17/06/2025: A fantastic stay at the Mitterkaser Alm! A super cozy hut with a unique atmosphere. We received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Before we continued along the Merano High Trail to the Eisjöchl Pass, we received great tips and advice. We definitely recommend spending the night there.

02/04/2025: Like every year, for over 30 years now, I always have visited my friend Thomas owner of the biata forcelles. After a day of skiing, a nice rest inside or outside the hut, where you can enjoy the classic menus of all the huts in the area, but in my opinion at slightly reduced prices. It is now a fixed stop and I recommend it to everyone. Nice locations and nice view.

20/07/2025: The most unfriendly service I've ever experienced. When I asked if we could charge an e-bike battery there, I received a rude "No!" and immediately sought an argument and confrontation. After that, the old lady stopped serving us and ignored us.

21/07/2025: We (a couple with our dog – an Australian Shepherd) spent a wonderful week at the Hotel Messnerwirt and have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel is absolutely dog-friendly – our four-legged friend was welcome everywhere. A particularly nice touch: We were able to eat with our dog in a separate dining room, which was very relaxing for us. We booked half-board and were thoroughly impressed with the food. A hearty breakfast was served in the morning, cake was available at lunch, and in the evening there was a daily four-course menu that was impressive in both quality and taste. While the menu wasn't always vegetarian as standard, special requests were accommodated in a completely uncomplicated and flexible manner – the kitchen caters to guests' individual needs. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a large balcony – ideal for our dog, who had a place to retreat to. The wellness area is small but nice – perfect for relaxing after a hike. The service in all areas was also extremely friendly, attentive, and warm. You simply feel welcome. Conclusion: A thoroughly recommendable hotel – especially for couples with dogs who value comfort, excellent food, and a family atmosphere. We'd definitely love to come back!

30/06/2025: Struttura moderna che mantiene un certo stile tirolese con molti arredi in legno . Stupenda la SPA e la piscina interna così come quella esterna . Staff super accogliente e disponibile e lo chef cucina piatti molto buoni . Molto utile anche il campo da Ping pong per una bella partita coi bambini . Peccato che la camera da 4 prevede un divano letto che non è comodissimo e la mancanza di un frigo bar che è molto strano per una struttura di questo tipo .

21/06/2025: The hotel is beautifully situated above Brixen with a fantastic view. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The reception, the restaurant, the rooms, and the wellness area are all very nice. The service was outstanding. We always received exceptionally good service and advice. We particularly liked the fact that it is a small, quiet hotel. Our children still had a great time! The dinner was excellent. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back!

21/07/2025: Restaurant review: We're not guests at the hotel. We ordered veal rosticciata and polenta with mushrooms and sausage. The dishes were adequate but lacked flavor, especially for the price. The bread basket contained four small pieces of white bread. We asked for more bread, which was the same quantity and quality, but was charged three euros. I won't add anything else.

31/07/2025: Very beautifully landscaped. There are many different types of orchids to see. The mountain lorikeets and butterflies were a highlight. There is also the option to dine inside or outside. The staff was very friendly.

26/07/2025: Unfortunately, only 3 stars. We were expecting more. The orchids??? No idea where they were 🤷‍♀️ I wasn't expecting parrots, turtles, butterflies, and koi, but it was worth seeing. €12 was a bit too much.
