11/11/2025: I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had to cancel my booking due to a serious medical condition and even provided an explanation, but the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or partial refund. While I understand that every property has its own cancellation policy, I believe that true hospitality means showing empathy and understanding when unexpected health issues occur. The hotel’s policy feels rigid and unfair to guests who face genuine emergencies. I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach and become more compassionate and flexible in handling future cases like this. However, I would like to clarify that my cancellation was made less than two hours after the stated deadline, not several days later as implied. I did not travel to Italy at all due to a serious medical condition, and I even sent a doctor’s certificate to explain my situation and request understanding. I contacted both Agoda and your hotel directly via email to ask for at least a partial refund out of goodwill and compassion — not as an obligation — but received no empathy or flexibility in return. It is disappointing to see your reply misrepresent the facts, especially when I have provided full documentation and communication records. True hospitality, in my opinion, goes beyond strict policy; it includes the human element of understanding and empathy when guests face unforeseen health emergencies. 04/11/2025: We stayed one night at this hotel, a truly positive experience! A modern hotel with all the comforts, a simple and clean room, a 24-hour pool, a very nice bar, and an excellent restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's very convenient for those who want to visit Lake Braies, just 15 minutes away. I highly recommend the experience and dinner at the restaurant!

10/03/2026: Great hotel for wintersport! We had our stay at this family owned hotel for our skiholiday. We were very pleasantly surprised. Very kind staff, nothing you ask is too much. Beautiful hotel with large rooms and nice spa area. Breakfast and diner are of high quality with every evening a different delicious menu. Located at 5 min driving from Kronplatz ski resort ànd the hotel has their own shuttle service! Would recommend 100%

10/03/2026: A wonderful and surprising hotel, and the owners are very friendly and hospitable. We had a wonderful and enjoyable ski holiday, taking the hotel shuttle bus to and from the Krönplatz ski run every day. The food is delicious and healthy, and the breakfast is excellent and extensive, so there's something for everyone. I would definitely return. The ski area is large enough and offers a wide variety of slopes, both in length and color. The return route is only black and very long; the first section is red and perfectly manageable. From the station, I always took the return gondola, which was great.

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!

15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.
