The truffle pasta and sauce, in particular, were far too heavy. Some of the fish was too dry. A shame!

12/09/2025: We went to the restaurant two evenings in a row. It was simply fantastic. Moritz and his team are the kind of hosts you'd expect. The food was incredibly good, unobtrusive, and, to our taste, extremely delicious. Moritz recommended three wines to us on both evenings: South Tyrolean vintages, just like the food, 100%, not obtrusive but perfectly fitting, and all three wines complemented the meal, as wine should: "accompanying and supporting where possible." For those who want to spend a carefree evening with good food and excellent drinks, I can only say: "Go for it!"

10/10/2025: We had wonderful days with fantastic food at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. The staff was very friendly and helpful – we felt very comfortable. We're already looking forward to our next stay there.
