An excellent mountain hut, reachable in about an hour from the convenient valley parking lot... plenty of seating, all outside, plus comfortable wooden loungers! Friendly staff, fair prices, excellent food... I highly recommend the locally produced yogurt, which is truly top-notch!

Amazingly good value for money. Great view, good location, not too high (around 1710m), easily accessible, and generally good service.

Our first hike in the Gsiesertal Valley was complemented not only by the splendid views that nature offers during this time of year, but also by a stop at this delightful mountain hut, run with kindness and smiles. Simple traditional dishes cooked to order, tasty and made with quality ingredients. Plenty of seating, both inside and outside (with a guaranteed spectacular view). Super clean and well-equipped restrooms. A small playground for the little ones and a delightful corner with grazing goats, so reminiscent, given the surrounding pristine nature, of Heidi and Peter's little animals 😀. Everything was wonderful. Lunch on Sunday, June 14th, after the splendid trail from the end of the Casies Valley. Young, smiling staff. Excellent cuisine. Generous portions. Great prices. Highly recommended.
