Insushi In Bolzano

I'm a regular, but now there's a €1.50 cover charge for a little soy sauce and a napkin that isn't cloth. I asked for a glass of Mayor's water and they wanted to charge me €0.50. This isn't good; customers have become like milk cows, to be milked to the max. Kindness toward customers is hard to come by, unfortunately. I hope you'll be kinder to other customers!

I go to this place several times a year because I think it's the best sushi in Bolzano. The fish is always fresh, the service is fast, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The decor is minimal but comfortable, and there's ample parking outside.

A wonderful surprise, we stumbled upon it almost by chance, and the quality of the sushi was truly excellent! Even the more classic rolls were carefully prepared and had a perfect balance of flavors. We'll definitely be back :)

One of my favorite places in Bolzano! Excellent quality and always super friendly.

We were passing through Bolzano and were looking for a pizzeria. We were attracted by the quiet atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness. Granted, I'm not a sushi fan, but I found everything to be really good.
