Stadt Café Città In Bolzano

We've been coming to the Hotel Citta for many years. Unfortunately, we have to say that it has declined significantly recently. In March, we reported a leaking water pipe in the bathroom, with puddles of water in front of the sink. Nothing was done about it. Now we were there with friends, and the hairdryer was broken—it was replaced with another broken one. Doesn't anyone check things before replacing them?! During the night, hotel guests were partying in their rooms and left their trash outside (pizza boxes with leftovers and other garbage). At 10:00 a.m., the mess was still there, even though cleaning staff had already been there. Are they all just fed up and incapable of doing their jobs? Even worse, and it's almost unbearable, are the pigeons outside the outdoor dining area. The bored staff just watches as the pigeons knock everything over on the uncleared tables, and six to eight pigeons even knock over glasses and dishes. The staff sees this and doesn't really react, and if you say anything, they just shrug. The other bars and cafes manage it. They clear away quickly and leave nothing behind. We always enjoyed coming here and are now unsure whether we'll book at the Citta again.

Perfect stay in Bolzano ​The Stadt Hotel Città offers beautiful, spacious rooms equipped with high-quality beds and pillows for a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom and shower are also excellent, modern and functional. ​The cuisine is delicious, served in a splendid dining room adjacent to an excellent bar. The location is ideal: it overlooks the main square, where there is a convenient underground parking lot. Highly recommended!

Recently built hotel, spacious room, comfortable beds, bathroom with a convenient shower. Unfortunately, the room temperature was freezing despite the staff's prompt intervention. The breakfast was simple but complete. Very friendly staff.

A beautifully situated hotel on the main square, right in the heart of the city. The reception was very friendly, and it's within walking distance of the main train station and the cable car station that goes to Oberbozen. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want. The rooms are modern, clean, and absolutely quiet. I would definitely book this hotel again whenever I come to Bolzano.

We had a wonderful time at Stadt hotel Citta. It was a correct choice we made after considering a few other hotels.Firstly, the location couldn't be better ! For those coming by car, it's 22€ a night, Look for P, that's parking garage Walther. Turn to Tunnel Walther, don't take the 1st exit, (turning right) Kindly proceed straight, take the 2nd one," Parcheggio Piazza Walther" it will take you to basement of Stadt Hotel. There's a lift that will go up to the reception area, also to the rooms after you have checked in. Special thanks to Ms.Giulia and Mr. Samuel who was very helpful, friendly and warm. I appreciated their help as we were driving around trying to reach the hotel and not knowing the nearest parking garage. We hope to be back again soon ! Best regards to you both and your team. What can I say...you can't ask for anything better.

We stopped there for lunch during a day trip and had a perfect experience. The service was excellent and very professional. Tauland was very friendly and thoughtfully offered us wine. Naihán deserves special mention: very professional, detail-oriented, and extremely hospitable. Such service truly deserves high praise. If we come back to Bolzano, we will definitely return!
