Great hotel room and rich breakfast. It's just a shame that the wellness area is only open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. These times urgently need to be changed

Hotel in the center in Piazza Walter with a fabulous international bar with a wide range of newspapers from all over the world, very convenient for parking where it connects to an underground tunnel that takes you directly to the hotel; a fabulous spa with all services in the center of Bolzano

I stayed at the hotel for one night but also repeatedly used the cafe and the restaurant. The room was a bit noisy unfortunately but the rest of the hotel was great. Particularly the staff at the breakfast who is very attentive and courteous. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the staff at the cafe was incredibly friendly, greeting me, chatting, offering their services and made me feel very welcome (the bar man Omar, the Spanish guy and the South Tyrolean guy with the glasses). Will come back on my next weekend trip. Grazie.

Two of us had lunch at the hotel restaurant. Wonderful experience and excellent à la carte proposal. Impeccable service from the room and management, always present but never intrusive. Great professionalism and attention towards the guest, which is not always a given.
Absolutely recommended.

Newly updated! By far, they are superior to other highly rated hotels in the area and for a better price and location! Great view of the town square! Beautiful restraunt! Also, there is a large flat screen TV in the room.

We often go to the café, it is our favorite bar, it overlooks Piazza Walter. Excellent aperitifs and breakfasts.

Prezzi un pò altini e porzioni piccole, ma buono. Bella atmosfera proprio in piazza Walther, dove è possibile sorseggiare una tazza di caffè, io ci sono stata a dicembre e ho avuto una bella vista sui mercatini natalizi, consigliato!

Wir drei Schwestern haben heute im città zu Mittag gegessen. Was sagen? Es war einfach nur super lecker!!! Angefangen bei den antipasti, primo piatto, Hauptspeise, Dessert und super lecker Wein. Alles aufgetischt mit viel Liebe und Freundlichkeit. Eines der Highlights war die Butter aus der Bretagne serviert direkt vom Holzfässchen. Wir haben einfach nur fantastisch gegessen. Eine Liebeserklärung an den Gaumen. Ein Bravo an den Koch!!!!!
