A very central hotel, excellent for spending days visiting Merano and its surroundings, not cheap. Paid garage, fixed or a la carte menu, very varied breakfast with sweet and savory, double rooms at different prices depending on size, but comfortable even at the standard level. Free transport card, spa just a stone's throw away.

In the heart of Merano, this hotel is like it name is: splendid! Many lights, very good breakfast, a modern restaurant and lobby. The room was not so modern and splendid, but good! I again would sleep in!

Interesting hotel to stay in Merano. In the centre, near the Passirio and the Portici, it is located in an ideal position. Friendly and always available staff. The breakfast was excellent, well served in an Art Nouveau room like the whole hotel. It has a restaurant but it was closed during my stay. The bar was open during the day. The rooms are clean and well-kept, although the bathroom in my room did not have a bidet. Throughout the hotel you can breathe the Art Nouveau style that recalls past years and the architectural style of the city. You can feel that the hotel is well-kept, clean, tidy and quiet. Co-ventiated with the Merano Thermal Baths, a stone's throw away. I would recommend it without a doubt.

I didn't stay here, I only used the bar area, very nice and welcoming, I glimpsed the dining room and it was fantastic, I felt like I was in the castle of Beauty and the Beast, whoever has the chance to stay here is truly fairytale-like

Awesome place.
Courteous and attentive staff, all friendly and professional.
At the reception Stefania was a precious point of reference for all our requests, always extremely kind and thoughtful.
Our compliments to the chef, very good! Truly a pleasant discovery, he pampered us with his creations full of taste and refinement.
Attentive, friendly, welcoming and professional dining room staff, in particular Filip and Sabrina, were wonderful.
A holiday full of beauty and taste.

Ho passato una notte in una camera con letto matrimoniale dotata di ogni comfort, incluso calzascarpe, ombrello, mini frigo con bevande e bicchieri di cristallo. L'arredamento è in stile retrò che ho molto apprezzato; d'altra parte si tratta di un edificio d'epoca, dove spicca un'elegante scalinata.
Alla reception massima gentilezza, un grazie particolare a Stefanie.
L'hotel è situato all'inizio della zona pedonale, bella, sempre elegante e piena di negozi di ogni genere; splendido teatro a 50 metri.
Ci ritornerò volentieri.
