21/08/2025: At the entrance, there's a sign that says "Gluten-Free Ice Cream," so we went in to enjoy a cone; my daughter is celiac. The manager took a gluten-free cone, but he handled it with the same gloves he used to sell the regular cones. It's not so much his ignorance on the subject... what left me speechless was that, when I pointed it out, he asked us to leave! A terrible experience! I'll add one thing: that "gluten-free" sign is misleading; you shouldn't gamble with people's health. I would urge the relevant authorities to inspect the place and take action.

28/12/2025: The Hotel Alpenhof is a family-run, extremely clean hotel, where the owners personally oversee every detail and create an authentic atmosphere. It's an ideal hotel for families with children, but without excess or kitschy childish decorations: everything is tastefully and thoughtfully designed. The food is very good, but the real highlight is dinner, simply excellent. The children's entertainment is well-organized and enjoyable. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, although the water could be slightly warmer. We spent five wonderful days there and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

19/12/2025: We spent a wonderful family vacation at the Dolomit Family Alpenhof and felt truly at home from the very first moment. The hotel exudes a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, where everything flows naturally and stress-free. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is within easy reach. The wellness center is truly comprehensive and well-maintained, with a Finnish sauna, hay sauna, herbal Turkish bath, infrared cabin, and a splendid salt cave with a hydromassage pool, perfect for truly relaxing moments. The pool is also very beautiful, with a dedicated area for small children that we greatly appreciated. The cuisine is truly excellent: gourmet at dinner, comfortable and well-organized at lunch, always attentive to quality and variety. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and ideal for a family stay. The welcoming atmosphere is evident in every detail. The owners are extremely kind and attentive, always present but never intrusive, and manage to create a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, helping guests feel truly cared for. The Kids' Club service is excellent, with talented, engaging, and attentive entertainers who ensure the children have a great time. The evening baby dance was a much-anticipated event for the little ones and much appreciated by their parents. A special thanks to Giorgia for her kindness, helpfulness, and the smile with which she welcomes guests. A facility truly designed for families, combining elegance, tranquility, and quality services. 22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

23/12/2025: Family-run hotel on the slopes. Step out of the ski room and put on your skis, no need to walk to the lifts. The owner, Mrs. Patrizia, is always kind and available to accommodate guests' needs. Second holiday here this year, and we'll be back again!

19/01/2026: I was with a group from Poland for New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful time, the food was delicious, the rooms were modest but comfortable, some had balconies. The views were of the mountains, which were illuminated by the rising sun in the morning. The service was great. I recommend it.

03/01/2026: New Year's Eve spent at the Elefant Hotel was fantastic. Friendly service and amazing food, at least for New Year's Eve. Totally amazing. The town is quiet but well-organized. They issue free transportation passes for everywhere on buses, coaches, and trains. I recommend this place.

12/09/2025: We took a detour from Oberegger Alm around lunchtime, a nice uphill walk, because the restaurant was listed as open on Google. However, it was closed. I find it a bit rude, bordering on spiteful, not to keep the opening hours updated on Google in a tourist area full of hikers.

26/05/2026: I took a group of 12 lovely, polite students to this establishment for a quick ice cream as an end-of-year treat. We were greeted with the most negative of attitudes (eye rolls all round) from a very grumpy server who told us in an extremely unfriendly manner that we couldn't sit down despite a table being free (even though I explained we had to be back at school in 15 mins max). We understood, as it was a busy time, but we didn't appreciate the rudeness and barky tone. It could have been said in a much nicer way. The same member of staf didn't once give aa much as a please or thank you to my far-too-polite students. In fact, they were treated with nothing short of disdain. I opted to forgo my ice cream as there was no way she was getting any of my hard-earned cash with that attitude. Imagine selling about 30 euros worth of ice cream in less than 5 minutes and not even having the decency to show basic manners to the people contributing to your day's takings. 18/03/2026: We went ski touring and stayed at the Sesvenna Hut. It was wonderful! The hut has been newly renovated and offers every luxury, right down to a beautifully equipped reading corner. The new management team was very welcoming and conjured up delicious South Tyrolean specialties. We'd love to come back again…🤗

15/03/2026: An AVS mountain hut that's only open on weekends – unacceptable! The response is unhelpful. On Sunday, March 8, 2026, I tried calling (without a response). There's NO information about opening hours on the website. I also inquired online via your website whether you're open on Monday (our planned tour day). The reply, sent by email on Monday (!), stated: we're only open on weekends. So, what's the truth?
