20/11/2025: Fast and delicious fast food, super affordable prices! The quality has been declining over the years, but the staff who have been there longer remain very kind and cheerful, which makes me very happy.

20/11/2025: It's unacceptable to charge a 3-month-old baby, who doesn't even need a crib, 50% of the adult rate. The same price applies to 7-year-olds. These child rates need to be revised, as they are neither fair nor justified.

09/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel on October 14, 2025, for my birthday. Very beautiful, modern, and stylish, with a warm welcome, even a small platter and a glass of prosecco upon check-in. The 3/4 board option was excellent, nothing to complain about. The day of departure was my birthday. We had breakfast before leaving, and... surprise! The table was set with two red roses and little wooden hearts, followed by a mini chocolate and raspberry cake. It was an unexpected and very nice surprise from the hotel! The pool was fantastic, with lots of comfortable loungers overlooking the valley and mountains. The spa was also very nice, but you have to enter naked, which I found difficult, but that's my problem. Fresh dried fruit and herbal teas were available. The view is beautiful. My only criticism is that, having spent €150 per person, or €300 per day, I expected a modern room, adequate for the price. However, aside from the valley and mountain views, it was dated. Spacious and comfortable, but with curtains that were the same as those in my house from 25 years ago, even the dark wood furniture was dated. Fortunately, the floor was wood, and the bathroom was spacious with a shower and corner tub, and also had a convenient walk-in closet. It was closed with a curtain made of a fabric that matched the decor. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Even a small plate of red apples and fresh water was provided. I know they've renovated part of the hotel, and I hope to be able to use it on my next visit. I thank all the staff for their kindness and wonderful experience.

20/12/2025: Cafè Stofner is a simple and pleasant spot with a calm atmosphere. The coffee is good, the pastries are fresh, and the service is polite. It’s a nice place for a quick break or a light snack, offering good quality for a reasonable price.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

16/09/2025: The service is very prompt but lacks a friendly atmosphere. It's as if speed is the main goal. At lunchtime, it's very noisy and slightly chaotic, not least because there's a line at the cash register in the middle of the dining room. It's a shame, because the dishes are delicious and offer a great price-quality ratio.

17/02/2025: Unfriendly, incompetent, and slow! Not recommended. We wanted to have lunch with our children and sat down at a free table. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes, then the waiter came and said the table was reserved – he couldn't tell us in advance (but he could tell other guests). He didn't want to find another table for us, so we left… A PURE WASTE OF TIME!

08/09/2025: The outdoor pool is affordable at 5-7 euros, but it's also the best place to enjoy the view of Bolzano. Sunbeds are 4 euros each, and they require a 1 euro deposit. There are no Asians here, and it's mostly used by locals, not tourists. This is another reason why I want to visit Bolzano again. Peaceful, delicious.

25/02/2026: Slightly crowded at lunchtime. Everyone is trying hard to serve the guests quickly...

25/02/2026: The waitresses are rude and unfriendly. We had to wait 30 minutes before we could even order, and the restaurant wasn't full. When the drinks finally arrived, there weren't enough drinks or glasses, so we had to drink directly from the carafe ourselves, as the waitresses only came every 30 minutes. The food is okay, but you should allow plenty of time and patience if you want to eat here.
