05/06/2025: If there were 10 stars I would have given them. Simply a wonderful place, clean, welcoming and with kind and smiling staff which nowadays is no small thing. Not to mention their menu, taste and goodness from appetizers to desserts! The polenta, what can I say.... You have to taste it to be able to comment because I wouldn't be credible. The best I've ever tried together with the venison. I'm from Turin and unfortunately I can't go often (I would definitely go once a week 😂) but I highly recommend it to anyone. My new favorite place.

01/08/2025: We regret to not have made a reservation. The takeaway food was excellent. We had two pizzas, a Regina and a Margarita with extra prosciutto crudo. They were both gigantic and so delicious 😍😋😋. The staff were super friendly and helpful when asking questions. The pizzas are very reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend.

23/08/2025: The Ristourant Valadess at Lanss con Oubergi is a restaurant you'd never expect to find in a small town like Ceres. The quality is medium-high, the service is friendly and attentive, and the dishes are all excellent, prepared with local products (often from their own garden). An amuse bouche welcomes you, and a plate of desserts concludes an excellent dinner. The restaurant is also rightfully featured in the Michelin Guide. I won't comment on the hotel because I don't have enough information to write a review.

02/09/2025: We had lunch outside on a sunny day with a view of the Royal Palace, so the location was beautiful. We chose the lunch menu with typical Piedmontese dishes, agnolotti and bunet, which were truly delicious, as were the fried porcini mushrooms, which were not on the menu. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

29/08/2025: Excellent and refined dishes. Weekday lunch menus cost €22 (vegetarian) and €27 (Piedmontese). Service is a little slow if you're in a hurry. Seated directly without reservation, but still recommended.

19/08/2025: The location is truly remarkable, perfect for a dinner for two. Even though the place is very large, the play of mirrors and lights, the columns and the furniture give the feeling of extraordinary intimacy. The dishes are good, you can feel the quality of the raw materials. Everything is clean and polished. Kind and competent staff. We will definitely be back.
