25/03/2025: In a place as Turin so full of restaurants, this one is a 'must visit' one. In the kitchen a generous attitude with ingredients, maybe looking towards the south of Italy even by interpreting local delicacies as the tartare on a hazelnut muffin and sweet onions. A very intelligent wine list for all pockets always offering real gems from Piemonte. Very recommended.

12/04/2025: Antica trattoria con Calma, discovered thanks to the excellent reviews and many sites that recommend it for the authenticity and goodness of the products. Apart from the service which varied based on who came to the table, the food and environment were truly exceptional and overall very highly recommended. Piedmontese mixed fried food and bagnacauda (original) are truly unsurpassed. Very well-kept location which, thanks to its position, is not at all touristy. Careful and high-quality choice of wines as well as the menu. Truly recommended for work dinners, business dinners, anniversaries and why not even between friends.

18/03/2025: A pleasant discovery. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, you eat by candlelight, with pleasant blues music in the background. Very kind waiters. Typical Piedmontese menu, with excellent products. I think I ate the best rabbit tuna ever. Even the bread and breadsticks were delicious (an aspect often overlooked in restaurants). I will definitely go back.

10/03/2025: La Gaia Scienza is a place that feels like home. I arrived in Turin last year and fell in love with this small place from times gone by, where it almost seems as if time has stopped. It welcomes you like a nest in which you can be pampered by the affability of the owners, projecting you towards a past time in which the flavors and aromas are those of the classic Piedmontese tradition. I would define it as a little gem not to be missed for anyone who wants to spend an evening in lightness, harmony and fill their belly with delicacies. Furthermore, it is located a stone's throw from the Mole and Piazza Vittorio, in the historic and picturesque district of Vanchiglia (one of the most beautiful in Turin). A must, in addition to the menu full of choices, is their hazelnut liqueur, by far one of the best bitters I've tasted in my life!

14/04/2025: It's good, but there are different flavours, at least for the ones I've tasted, which are covered by the flavor of vegetable milk and which are similar. The owners are kind, the place is nice and clean. The flavors are all suitable for lactose intolerances..

13/04/2025: Absolute point of reference for those looking for ice cream without animal products in Turin, and in any case one of the best ice cream shops in the area! In addition to the fruit, there are many creams, which are super creamy and allow vegans and intolerants to enjoy "classic" flavours, and not just sorbets, as in many other ice cream parlors where the veg choice is limited to chocolate or little more. Extra products such as biscuits (a drug!!) and exceptional cakes, also customisable. Kind and friendly staff, Marco and Federica are super! 🏆

16/03/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday for the first time without knowing the place. We ate very well! Piedmontese and seasonal cuisine, homemade desserts, excellent. Furthermore, the kindness and helpfulness of both the staff and the owner pleasantly impressed us. A place that we really liked with its simplicity and courtesy. We will definitely be back!

24/10/2024: A place with incredible warmth that floods you with delicious scents and atmosphere seasoned with a vintage style with details for bicycle enthusiasts. Arianna is unique and what she prepares with respect and love is delicious. My veggie English breakfast with scrambled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, grilled aubergines and courgettes was superb, as was the ginger infusion!

19/10/2024: Amazing salmon pancakes! The vegan English Breakfast and the banana milkshake are also recommended! Friendly staff and very quiet place. We ate outside and it was very relaxing!

26/03/2025: Pastry bar with a wide selection of croissants for breakfast, all beautiful to look at and all very good. Possibility to eat something also for lunch, being able to choose between toast, sandwiches, salads and hot dishes. The staff is very cheerful and friendly, highly recommended

22/03/2025: We took a birthday cake in this pastry shop, what can I say, a cake both beautiful and delicious! The guys who run it are very competent and very kind. In addition to cakes they have high quality sweet and savory. Come by and you will not regret it!
