As soon as we entered, they immediately gave a bowl of water to our dog, and even though we arrived late due to parking, they were incredibly understanding and welcomed us with extreme courtesy. The meat was of the highest quality, all the dishes were delicious and impeccably cooked, and the wine was carefully recommended and was exceptional. Everything about the restaurant reflected love and professionalism. A fantastic evening.

The first thing that strikes me is the quality of the ingredients: everything is extremely authentic, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, the homemade style, and the respect for tradition. I started with a rich and well-stocked mixed antipasto platter, which included both hot and cold dishes, each different and incredibly fresh. Each bite is balanced and flavorful, with authentic flavors reminiscent of traditional cuisine. This was followed by a truly excellent grilled meat skewer: the quality was superb, perfectly cooked, and the full, juicy flavor was capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. The finale was simply delicious: a typical Tuscan pan-fried apple sauce accompanied by excellent jam. A simple but perfectly executed dessert, it capped off the meal on a warm, traditional note. This place is a true gem just outside Turin, a restaurant that values ​​authenticity and uncompromising quality, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic cuisine, rich in tradition, and at a truly fair price—which never hurts. The staff and hospitality are top-notch.

02/04/2026: Quality meat and friendly staff. Like any Old Wild West, the place is very quaint and well-kept. Personally, I found the chairs particularly uncomfortable and didn't appreciate the table placement. Since it was a last-minute weekday lunch and we were only two people, we didn't book, but the place was pretty empty. We chose to sit inside, and they sat us at a small table in front of the bathroom door, near the entrance, with the cash register behind us. So, despite the small number of people there, we were exposed to a lot of people passing by. That's the only reason I'm not giving it full stars. I felt like I was back in school, when the teacher would put you in detention at the small desk next to the teacher's desk. But it's not the first time we've been there, and we'll definitely be back.

The only flaw is that, although the staff was very kind and friendly, they weren't able to better specify some sauces or offer any suggestions (for example, for the mixed roast, it would have been better to advise starting with the beef or at least specifying that the grill was cooking continuously (with this simple measure, we would have avoided eating the beef last, which therefore turned out dry). Otherwise, nothing to complain about; good quality and service (aside from a few subtle oversights, there was an excellent welcome snack; the meat came with some good sauces, and the coffee was a delicious dessert). I will definitely be back!

11/04/2026: A lovely discovery! This evening we had dinner at this lovely place, where you can choose from the menus offered or create your own dish by choosing the meat from the butcher's counter. We had a mixed grill menu and a chicken one, fries and three kebabs for my son, two waters and a coffee. The price was €44, which I'd say was fair! It's just a shame I live far away, otherwise I'd go there often! Recommended for anyone who wants to eat good meat! The service was fast and attentive, unlike some of the reviews I've read.
