Bel locale che invoglia l'assaggio, anche se devo dire che l'ultima volta la panna sul pasticcino non mi è sembrata fresca e gustosa come solitamente ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare. Do 5 stelle comunque perché a volte può esserci la giornata "no". Sempre molto curato l'ambiente, l'ordine e la pulizia, personale gentilissimo e molto curato.

18/03/2024: Alessandro's bread never disappoints. One of the very few, in Turin, to use REAL ancient grains. The girls are always available and smiling. You can also book bread simply by calling (a practice that I recommend especially if you are interested in ancient grain bread which usually sells out quickly). Don't be scared by any long queues (they have numbers so there's no problem) because the girls are quick to serve. Try it and you won't regret it!
