I had dinner with my family last week, and I was happy to return, confirming that I always find good Piedmontese cuisine in a very elegant restaurant. The staff were friendly, we felt pampered, and Valerio was the best. We returned to Puglia but with the promise of returning to enjoy other dishes in the wonderful garden. The owner offered us an amaro at the end of the dinner, a gesture that was appreciated.

I spent a wonderful evening with my family. The atmosphere was beautiful and refined, and the food was excellent. The courtesy and professionalism of all the staff was particularly noteworthy. A place that has never failed to impress for decades.

To recharge your batteries after a day in the mountains, a variety of delicious menus await you every day, showcasing the highest-quality local products, as well as special menus prepared especially for the holidays. Finally, and in my opinion the most important part, the staff always welcomes guests with a smile, ready to satisfy every request and answer any questions about the area.
