24/05/2026: For lunch, two of us ate an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The dishes were original and excellent, beautifully presented. A small lapse in service was promptly and generously remedied. The interior was very comfortable, with a priceless location and view inside the Reggia di Venaria. A place I'd like to return to.

The meticulous attention to detail, the thoughtfulness in every single dish, and the careful selection of wines were tangible. Chef Russo was more than welcoming, making us feel at ease. Reservations are available both through their website and the TheFork app. The only downside is that the tasting menus offered on the platforms vary based on the number of courses rather than the price, so you'll need to decide which booking channel to choose based on your preferences. In any case, the final bill was fair. They accept pets, which isn't a given. The lack of free parking in the immediate vicinity (there's paid parking at the Reggia) is certainly a drawback, or I probably missed it.

I had that one anyway, and it was good, with spelt dough. My friends were all satisfied with their piadinas. If I could offer a suggestion, offer a few more vegan options with protein, such as soy strips, sliced ​​vegan cheeses and vegan cold cuts, vegan kebabs... There are so many options (Coop, Garden Gourmet, Unconventional, etc.). If in 2026 a vegan eats only vegetables when others have something like 50 piadinas to choose from, I think we've fallen a bit behind. There was seating, and the girls were quick to clear the tables.

The breast was dry, failing to bring out the guinea fowl flavor. The cabbage lacked creaminess. The thyme described in the menu was imperceptible. Overall, the food was good, but I expected something more, especially since it's not a budget restaurant and has a Michelin designation. Fast, efficient service. Well-chosen wine.

21/05/2026: Having booked for Sunday evening at 7:30 PM, I was informed that there were two sittings, so we would have to leave the table by 9:00 PM. I accepted and showed up at 7:15 PM, as recommended by the person who booked. They seated us and took our orders. We waited about 45 minutes for the pizzas, and the last one, a simple focaccia with lard, was brought to our table at 8:31 PM. Despite everything, at 8:52 PM we were asked to leave the table while we were still finishing our meal and told that we could have coffee, which was offered, at the counter. We stood up, being polite, and left the pizza still unfinished on our plate. Finally, at the cash register, in the presence of the owner, not even a hint of an apology. Very unprofessional and, above all, rude. They've lost customers.
