I often have the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I can say without hesitation that it's always a memorable experience. The first thing that strikes me is the quality of the ingredients: everything is extremely authentic, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, the homemade style, and the respect for tradition. I started with a rich and well-stocked mixed antipasto platter, which included both hot and cold dishes, each different and incredibly fresh. Each bite is balanced and flavorful, with authentic flavors reminiscent of traditional cuisine. This was followed by a truly excellent grilled meat skewer: the quality was superb, perfectly cooked, and the full, juicy flavor was capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. The finale was simply delicious: a typical Tuscan pan-fried apple sauce accompanied by excellent jam. A simple but perfectly executed dessert, it capped off the meal on a warm, traditional note. This place is a true gem just outside Turin, a restaurant that values ​​authenticity and uncompromising quality, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors. I went to this place to celebrate my wife's birthday: we were intrigued by the photos, which suggested a very unique setting. I must say that the reality far exceeded our expectations!! The space was much larger than we expected, and every room was meticulously designed down to the smallest detail!! The food was excellent and plentiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I think we'll be back in the warmer months to enjoy the large outdoor space.
