31/05/2026: There are restaurants where you sit down, start eating, chat, have a drink... and time passes without you noticing.
La Ferramenta del Gusto Emiliano is one of those places.
The atmosphere is warm, intimate, with that illuminated ceiling that almost seems starry and immediately puts you in the right frame of mind: feeling good, without rushing.
The cuisine is authentic Emilian, the kind that doesn't need much explanation. Authentic, generous, flavorful dishes. The food is too good, period.
Then there's Eleonora, the owner, who is a huge part of the experience: present, smiling, attentive, she accompanies you from start to finish and makes you feel pampered without ever being intrusive.
It's one of those places where you go for dinner and end up staying much longer than planned.
Because when you're feeling this good, watching the clock becomes pretty pointless.

14/06/2026: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday... the food was, of course, top notch, as always. The service was exceptional in efficiency and kindness. A huge thank you to Daniele and Serena for organizing and executing everything so well, with the help of the entire, incredibly kind staff. Highly recommended.

11/06/2026: As a Roman, I can say that finding certain flavors outside of Rome is not at all a given. The carbonara was simply delicious, made just right, with that authentic flavor that immediately transports you to Roman traditions. Tasting dishes like this is truly something fabulous.
The place is welcoming and well-kept, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Impeccable uniforms, attention to detail, and a friendliness that is increasingly rare these days: for a moment, I felt like I had come home.
The bill was also a super positive note: I should have paid more, and they gave me an unexpected discount. What can I say... amazing!
Congratulations to all the staff. I will definitely be back to try other Roman specialties. 👏🍝🇮🇹
