11/07/2026: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had the poke, and the ingredients were excellent. I highly recommend it. Personally, they have the best mochi in Rivarolo.

03/08/2026: An evening of waiting. We ordered an appetizer (and were asked, "Shall I bring it first?") and three tagliata, along with a bowl of dog water that we had to remind ourselves of three times before it arrived. While we waited for the appetizer, they brought the first course, a tagliata... and that was it. Seven minutes later, the other two arrived. It's a shame about the service because the food is otherwise very good.

12/05/2026: A top-notch experience in a comfortable setting. I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant a while back, and I must say that everything about it made an impression on me. The place is clean and modern, but with rooms designed to allow for intimacy among its guests. The tables are spacious and beautifully set, with eye-catching colored glassware and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What makes you choose a restaurant is not just the food served, but how it's presented and brought to you. The service is excellent, with staff knowledgeable about every dish and willing to explain the ingredients. Plates and cutlery are changed discreetly, and homemade bread and breadsticks are offered to ease the wait. Speaking of the highlight, the food, though elaborate in its concept and often daunting to the casual diner, is a perfect blend of excellent flavors and the quality of the ingredients used, highlighted by visually stunning presentations. Off the top of my head, I'd say it's one of the best places in Canavese for a dinner/important event, even with family or a romantic dinner. The only drawback is the parking, but only if you're reluctant to walk the 2-300 meters. Highly recommended. P.S. Thanks again to all the staff for this experience. Simone.

05/05/2026: Today we had lunch at the Casa Bro restaurant in Rivarolo Canavese. The location is welcoming, and Milena made us feel right at home. Stefano Bronzino's cuisine, the fruit of study and experience, combines tradition and innovation. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the dishes are both visually appealing and delightful to the palate. The wine list is also interesting. Among the interesting appetizers, we chose a Piedmontese Tasting with samples of local tradition: a soft-boiled egg cooked in Roner, Picadilly compote, Iberian chorizo, siphon parmesan, and Kataifi. Among the first courses, we chose Tagliolino with duck ragù and shitake mushrooms, and Spaghetti cooked in beetroot, sautéed broccoli, and aioli dressing. Afterwards, despite being spoiled for choice, we sampled the Chinotto-lacquered Venison Fillet, Ancient Mustard with Corn-fried Artichokes, and a portion of Piedmontese Veal Milanese, with Béarnaise sauce and Rosemary-infused Ratte Potatoes. We finished with a dessert of gelato and cream puffs to accompany our coffee.

01/07/2026: Top experience. Dinner yesterday was perfect: top-quality dishes, executed extremely well. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to, especially for the atmosphere created by the vinyl records playing in the background. If you like them, you can buy them directly from the restaurant. Highly recommended!!!

09/06/2026: A truly positive experience. Quality food with original recipes. Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Maccheroncini alla gricia with sautéed julienned asparagus: fabulous. We'll be back. They should also be open for lunch. I forgot: vinyl records for all tastes.

12/05/2026: A café in the center of Rivarolo. Extremely kind and friendly staff. A welcoming atmosphere. I stopped in for a quick lunch and the cuisine was absolutely authentic, with a special mention for the grandmother's meatballs. The wine list is very interesting, with some truly prestigious labels.

24/07/2026: Fast service. Welcoming and tidy atmosphere. As for the food... Um... I ordered a platter of fried gnocco for €19. For that price, you expect at least a platter for two people, but instead, you get 1 mozzarella, 1 burrata, 3 olives, 8 slices of prosciutto (the menu said mixed cold cuts), and 6 pieces of fried gnocco. I'd say the price doesn't match what they serve. The pizza prices are above average for other pizzerias. The minimum price for a focaccia is €10, and add-ons start at €2.

24/06/2026: The best place to spend an evening enjoying an excellent aperitivo. Top location Excellent quality, from breakfast to lunch, ending with a rich aperitivo. The products are refined and not cheap.

16/11/2025: Excellent products, but unfortunately the opening hours online are incorrect. It says open at 7:30 on Sundays. This morning, since we had to leave for a class at 7:35, we were out, but they told you they opened at 8... like us, there were other people looking for a bar that was open.

07/11/2025: I know this place very well, as I've been a customer for years. But this morning they outdid themselves!!!! I stopped by for breakfast with my son and we had the best croissant in the world! I really wanted to say that! Well done!
