20/08/2025: The restaurant is a bit small, but there's also the option to eat outside. Ample parking is available. The pizza and farinata are good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

13/08/2025: I returned after a long time, because the delay of over an hour had forced us to change pizzerias. Well, this time the delay was only half an hour, and I also spent a whopping €13 for a focaccia topped with six arugula leaves and five cherry tomatoes, and the burrata I buy at Esseluga for €2.60. I understand the price, but at least the pizza should have been topped with decent toppings. This was the last time.

05/08/2025: What can I say? Neapolitan-style pizza, very good, with specialty pizzas on the menu, worth trying. Excellent service, beautiful location. Nothing more to say except TRY IT.

11/08/2025: Our absolute favorite restaurant. We came to eat at Ritual by chance in 2014. Over time, we've tried several places, especially the meat, as I'm a huge meat lover. Over the past two years, we've found that this one is second to none. It beats all the rest. We frequent the place regularly, about once a month. I love their Picanha, and I love the owners and their entire staff. The prices are average, €30-40 per person, and the quality is excellent! Ignore the reviews that talk about the fat on the Picanha, because that layer of fat is precisely what characterizes that piece of meat. They also have leaner cuts for those who want them. 29/08/2025: Great Burrata pizza, very different from what we eat in Brazil. The burrata comes cold and whole in the center of the pizza. It's up to you to distribute it throughout the pizza. The dough was great and the burrata truly wonderful. The Aperol spritz was very good too. It's worth it.

07/08/2025: We arrived a little late but they served us without any problem, the waiters were super friendly and polite, the food was delicious, the pizza dough was delicious, the pasta was to die for, incredible, the desserts were exquisite, everything was 10/10

07/09/2025: I always go to this ice cream shop and it's one of my favorites but lately I've noticed that the guy every time he has to serve is listless and hasty. Today I went to get a smoothie to go and I made it on board and on the car ride this behavior is repetitive always in the absence of the owner.

26/07/2025: My first pizza at Al Forno, in 2023, was an exciting discovery: original recipes, excellent ingredients, and excellent flavor. I've recommended it to many since. In 2025, however, after three visits, the experience changed: increasingly sparse pizzas, with few ingredients scattered over an often dry base, especially with keto dough. Their slogan is "Forget the usual pizza"—a mission accomplished, but perhaps not in the intended sense. The quality of the ingredients remains, but it's difficult to appreciate when the quantity is so limited, especially given the rather expensive prices. It's a shame, because the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the idea of alternative doughs is interesting. I hope they soon return to their former generosity.

17/08/2025: A truly positive experience, excellent food: we ordered an appetizer featuring typical Piedmontese dishes and were served a platter with four "single portions" (a meat tartare with caramelized onions, cod, veal with tuna sauce, and a flan covered in bagna càuda). Everything was delicious, as were the first course I ordered, tajetin with a typical local ragù, and the second course my partner chose, a cube of Fassona sirloin with potatoes and green beans. We finished with the amazing millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries—we split it in two because by that point, we were so full, given the generous portions! Besides the delicious food, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. The interior is intimate and charming, thanks to all the paintings decorating it!
