I've been frequenting SORRISO for several months now. I'm always happy to return. The quality of the food is excellent, the service is super attentive, professional, and yet sincere, making you feel at home without being intrusive. Excellent family and cosy restaurant for locals, a clear example of less is more, with a limited but rich menu and a services like those you hardly find, the restaurant is quiet and they make feel their guests as unique taking excellent care of any details. The tortellini are to die for, a pasta restaurant with meat speciality, following the traidition of the city.

Hidden from view, this small and cozy restaurant belies the owners' friendliness and the delicious flavors of yesteryear. Perfectly medium-rare steak, served with baked potatoes. Artichoke terrine and a delightful fondue (it's a bit chilly outside). I regret not ordering the zucchini flowers. They look truly delicious. To finish, a well-made panna cotta, not too sweet. I recommend it to anyone staying near Porta Nuova station.

A lovely restaurant, and above all, excellent food. The agnolotti are excellent, as are the vitello tonnato and tiramisu. Service is prompt and fast.

19/04/2026: Housed in one of the farmhouses of the Mauritian Order, just steps from the Stupinigi Hunting Lodge, this two-story restaurant offers a traditional Piedmontese menu (the veal with tuna sauce alone, or the agnolotti del plin al pannocchia are worth the trip). High-quality service, knowledgeable staff, and high prices, but it's worth it. Definitely worth a try!

25/02/2026: Both the pizza and the entree menu are excellent. The pie is a must-try! The staff is friendly and the wait time is almost non-existent. I recommend it!
24/02/2026: I booked a table for dinner at this restaurant so I could then attend a performance at the Teatro Alfieri. It's about a 15-minute walk from the theater, so it's quite convenient. We were served quickly, so we ate and made it to the theater on time. The restaurant is very elegant, clean, and the waiter was friendly. The dishes were beautifully presented and the food was excellent.
