23/04/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Ivrea. They offer an à la carte menu and various tasting menus. I opted for the meat tasting menu, which included an entree, appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. Excellent value. Impeccable service and excellent wine recommendations. Very knowledgeable.

04/04/2026: We randomly chose this restaurant for lunch after visiting the civic museum. It was a good choice because the menu was inviting and the flavor lived up to expectations. Both the venison ossobuco and the Fassone cube were wonderful. The dessert was fantastic. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was very friendly. The price was very fair for the quality.

02/01/2026: Fantastic! We were a large group and the waiter Fabio was so lovely and added to the lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing. I had the homemade pasta with lobster and it was the best pasta I have ever had!

19/04/2026: What a shame! We ate the Ajucche soup. Last year, we went for the first time and it was a good dinner. This year, we went back with friends...unfortunately, it wasn't a success again! The veal with tuna sauce wasn't up to par with the dish, and the joke wasn't great! Sorry, I don't recommend this restaurant.

12/04/2026: We discovered this place during a road trip stop and the experience was wonderful: from the very warm welcome to the vaulted dining room beautifully decorated with black and white photos, not to mention the excellent cuisine. The piadina are delicious (get the sfogliata topping, you won't regret it) and made with artisanal products: I had one with porchetta and my wife had one with mountain cheese, both excellent! And we finished with a very good slice of walnut and almond cake. This summer, when we come back to Piedmont, we'll be back!

04/04/2026: Al Faro has been a favorite of mine for 34 years. We LOVE to go for the pizza, especially on our first night in town when we arrive. It is always like a welcome home. Great pizze, nice atmosphere (love the updated paint)and very attentive and genuine service.

I went with my daughter two days ago and would definitely return. It's very reasonably priced for everything they offer.
