I come here often both because the pizza is excellent and because the staff always makes me feel at home. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The pizzas are delicious and flavorful, with a dough that truly makes the difference: soft, light, and crispy on the bottom, it alone would be worthy of 5 stars. The toppings are fresh and high-quality. The pizza is "different from the usual": pre-cooked red or white bases, topped on the spot according to your taste. Excellent value for money, probably the best pizza in the area. The place is small but very charming; the ambiance is simple, almost spartan, but with attention to detail. There's no room for large tables, but this contributes to the intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is unique and refined: they use select ingredients to recreate flavors that are hard to find elsewhere. The beverage selection is also extensive and unconventional. Perfect for those who want to try something different. The pizza chef passionately explains the type of flour they use, and you can sense the love they put into their work. The pizza by the slice weighs about 400g, more than enough for one person. The price of €4.50 is more than justified by the quality and portion size. Friendly and attentive service, always with a smile. Excellent ingredients, appropriate portions, and consistent quality. We left satisfied with both the taste and the value for money. Highly recommended.

18/04/2026: A little bit of Naples in a small town in the province of Vercelli. Every time I come to Scialapopolo, it feels like I'm in Naples. The pizza is excellent, with a thick, light crust. The staff is top-notch, friendly, and always smiling, which never hurts. There's a real family atmosphere... and the desserts, oh, so delicious. Highly recommended.

The dishes were carefully crafted, with thoughtful combinations and presentation, and were unconventional, like the ocean appetizer, where the fish was transformed into surprising cubes, or the pork tenderloin with pears. Friendly service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a fair price. Well done!

18/04/2026: We had a great time here, the only downside was that they made us wait over an hour. The food was delicious, including desserts. The tiramisu was amazing, perfectly creamy, and the ladyfingers were dipped in coffee for just the right amount of time. I highly recommend going, but definitely avoid the weekend.
