08/06/2026: One of my favorite Piedmontese restaurants in the Turin area. I happily return whenever I have the chance. The Piedmontese cuisine is excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts. The braised cheek, the excellent bonet (veal shank), and the pears in wine are all worth mentioning. The house wine, a Barbera with excellent value, is also a perfect accompaniment to the dishes without breaking the bank. The service is kind, friendly, and attentive. The price is reasonable, especially considering the overall quality. Tonight we even had a guest who was new to Piedmontese cuisine, and she was very satisfied. I recommend it. I always love returning.

07/06/2026: Everything was delicious and the portions were generous! There are various menus, but we chose the most comprehensive one, the King's Menu, which includes an appetizer selection, cured meats, two first courses, two second courses, one side dish, water, house wine, and coffee. With dessert and service charge, we paid around €43 per person! Absolutely honest, we'll be back as soon as possible. Book well in advance.

10/05/2026: Elegant yet welcoming, a biker lunch to sample the famous fritto misto. Absolutely up to par, delicious, and respectful of tradition. The semolina, at various prices, is truly a surprise. I'm not giving it five stars only because, despite the beautiful, large plates on which the savory and sweet fried foods are served, the food still gets cold. The service is absolutely excellent: the waitresses are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. The setting is absolutely spectacular, ideal for family events and business lunches. Despite this, they made us feel completely comfortable, even in our motorcycle jackets and helmets. Highly recommended.

01/05/2026: Beautiful spring day. The dining room was packed and the lunch was plentiful. My panzerotti with herbs were very tasty but not exceptional. The fried artichokes were good, and the cheek with baked potatoes was also very good.

20/05/2026: We chose to celebrate my daughter's confirmation at this trattoria. I've always been drawn to the look of this rustic and delightful place when I've been driving up to Superga. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the kindness of the owner and the staff, and the aromas emanating from the kitchen. They are a working couple who work very well together; they're friendly and professional, and they guide us and advise us on the menu admirably. We tasted excellent dishes that, to our pleasant surprise, weren't too heavy for any of our guests. I was very impressed with the crispy asparagus, but equally impressed were the warm focaccias, the preserves, the platters, the risotto, the tagliata, the rabbit... everything!!! The ingredients in all our dishes were excellent, and the cuisine was excellent. Despite the limited space, we managed to enjoy a wonderful family evening, served by delightful staff and enjoying excellent food. Thank you so much.

20/05/2026: We are tourists visiting Turin from Dublin, and our lunch at Trattoria Conserva di Superga was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented, but what truly stood out was the service. A special thank you to the young woman who looked after us throughout lunch: she managed the timing between courses perfectly and described every dish with knowledge, elegance and genuine passion. We especially appreciated that she spoke fluent English, which made us feel immediately welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy and understand the experience. Another detail that impressed us was the wine recommendation: not only was it explained with enthusiasm and expertise, but it was also perfectly paired with each course, enhancing every dish and making the entire lunch even more memorable. What touched us the most was the patience and wonderful attention she gave to our little boy. She was always kind, smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive, making us feel completely relaxed and cared for. We were genuinely impressed by the elegance of the service, the professionalism and the level of hospitality we received. It exceeded all expectations and is something we will remember fondly when we return to Dublin. Thank you for making our lunch in Turin so special.

06/10/2025: Not just bread, but also sweets, focaccia and pizzas, all good quality products, and if you want, even some vegetables, potatoes, onions, etc., all produced in the surrounding countryside.
