24/07/2026: Delicious lunch. We weren't planning a full meal before our visit to the hunting lodge but the cafe opposite only seemed to do a buffet so we opted for this. Have to ring the doorbell for entry which is weird but ok. Nice ladies serving. Menu asks for a two course minimum order. Highly recommended.

24/06/2026: It would be a real shame to visit the Stupinigi Hunting Lodge and not enjoy an excellent lunch at this excellent restaurant just outside the main entrance, in the former stables, on the left side of Via Torino, facing the Palazzina. Let the staff recommend both food and wine. You won't regret it. The saffron tortelli with vermouth reduction and sautéed pine nuts, or the spectacular selection of cheeses, will put you back at peace with the world. The staff is definitely up to the high standard of this restaurant, almost a place from another era, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at your leisure. Trust Monica and her colleague, who are extremely kind and friendly, and will be able to advise you on the best options because they understand their customers instantly. Then, if you really want to win the lottery, take home a bottle of Barbaresco grappa from the Levi distillery in Neive. If you spike your coffee with that, you won't even consider the price of this select grappa nectar: ​​it's worth every penny. They distill with the last direct-fire still left in Italy. Treat yourself.

They bake delicious, fragrant bread, not to mention their pizzas: wonderful, always varied, and bursting with flavor. Their desserts also deserve special mention, simply spectacular! Tonight I tried their freshly baked Ligurian focaccia... incredibly delicious, crispy, and perfectly greasy. Wonderful staff, 5 stars well deserved!

The staff is very kind and the owner is very nice and it feels like being with family. The pizza is delicious in many different flavors. I didn't know it as a place and it was a great discovery. We shared a grilled steak with cuts that were too thin (we've never seen a 3mm picana before). Instead, the boneless rib eye, American-style, was perfectly rare, tasty and flavorful. At €23, it's perhaps worth a few extra grams. The nachos were always a welcome starter, and an Oreo cheesecake sweetened the bill, which was correctly discounted at €30 per person. Washed down with a fresh and fragrant amber Leffe.
