07/11/2025: Quality and quantity are unmatched at this historic local restaurant. The menu is extensive, rich in options, and offers ample, all at very affordable prices. The atmosphere is familiar, one of those long-lost traditions, and it recreates the unfussy conviviality that prevailed up until thirty years ago.

10/10/2025: While visiting Balme, we found this delightful chalet-restaurant and decided to make a reservation for dinner. It's a delightful and welcoming place, both for its simple, warm decor and for its friendly owners. I love these places and persistently seek them out because the authenticity of the setting matches the simplicity and deliciousness of the dishes offered. I wasn't wrong this time either, and we'll definitely be back as soon as possible. The dishes are prepared with love and skill, delicious, and perfect in every way. Piedmontese cuisine at its finest. The house wine is excellent, and the desserts are a treat for the palate. A final consideration (and a very important one for me) is that there's no annoying television or background music. Just pleasant, polite chatter accompanied by the clatter of plates and cutlery. A rare haven of tranquility these days, one that I hope will last until I have the chance to return.

10/08/2025: Our Sunday lunch at your restaurant was undoubtedly an EXCELLENT CHOICE. The owner was friendly and courteous, and the service was prompt and attentive, even though the restaurant quickly filled up. The food was spectacular, with a special mention for the vitello tonnato, the best we've tasted since living in Piedmont. The house staff were truly attentive and not cloying. The portions were generous. My only complaint would be the location, which is intimate but a bit too dark. Nothing that curtains on the window, less dim lighting, and light-colored tablecloths can't fix. Otherwise, highly recommended. EXCELLENT CHOICE.

10/08/2025: A beautiful venue in the center of Moncalieri, ideal for an aperitif or an after-dinner drink. The tapas menu is extensive, and some craft beers are excellent. Fair prices. In the summer, the street becomes pedestrianized, allowing you to sit outside.

I ordered a small cone with cream; unfortunately, as the ice cream maker himself reported, the cream was almost finished and had been scraped from the bottom of the can. The cone contained a minimal amount of cream, and honestly, I didn't expect to pay full price (50 cents) for such a paltry amount. In this case, the extra cream shouldn't be charged. It's not a matter of money, but of consideration for the customer.

16/10/2025: A pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and great beers! The menu offers a wide variety of options. The BBQ ribs were delicious, as were the elephant ear snacks and the cheeseburger. It's worth visiting for lunch or dinner and sampling some great beers!
