05/04/2024: Second time we return to Mistral. Absolutely perfect for a romantic dinner, but also with friends and relatives (as long as you don't make too much noise), also because it is very elegant... The service is excellent, polite, practiced by people who are experts on wines and how to pair them. The food is divine, internal parking! In short, it is absolutely perfect. The prices are fair in my opinion for such a place. We will definitely be back!

25/03/2024: Despite the unfortunate location that had never encouraged me to enter, I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming and familiar place. Excellent dishes, especially fish, impeccably presented, medium/high prices and attentive and helpful staff. I'm glad they recommended it to me and I will definitely go back.

02/04/2024: Very beautiful hotel, housed in a historic structure and with fine finishes. Excellent service and trained and capable staff, convenient internal parking and very complete breakfast. Spacious rooms equipped with minibar. Also worth mentioning is the delightful welcome given to our dogs. We had a really good time and will happily return on our next trips to Piedmont. Also convenient due to its proximity to Caselle airport. We didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant (which some friends highly recommended) but we will do so at the first opportunity.

31/03/2024: Per il Pranzo di Pasqua in famiglia, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante. Di solito non sono avvezzo a lasciare recensioni dopo la prima visita, ma in questo caso l’eccezione è doverosa. Iniziamo con il dire che il locale è arredato in modo semplice, non è enorme, ma i tavoli sono ben distanziati fra loro, per cui gli spazi di manovra sia dei commensali sia dello staff, sono garantiti. Servizi igienici puliti e cucina a vista, sono un valido biglietto da visita. Luca, il proprietario, è una persona simpatica, che entra subito in sintonia con i commensali, pochi fronzoli, diretto, soprattutto nella spiegazione dei piatti e degli ingredienti utilizzati nella preparazione. Ottima la materia prima, ben cucinata, servizio veloce e camerieri gentili. Il vino scelto da noi è stato quello della casa, un buon Glera frizzantino che ben si accompagna a tutto pasto. È comunque presente una carta dei vini ben fornita, per intenditori. L’unica segnalazione che mi permetto di fare è che sarebbe auspicabile sostituire almeno un piatto, quando vengono serviti alcuni antipasti, molto diversi fra loro. Questo perché può non essere gradito dover mettere i polipetti in umido, nello stesso piatto in cui era presente la salsina teriyaki, utilizzata per accompagnare le tartare di pesce. Comunque, alla richiesta di un commensale, il piatto pulito è stato prontamente fornito. Dolci della casa: porzioni leggermente scarsine ma nel complesso ottimi. Senza voler insegnare il mestiere a nessuno, ma in base al mio gusto personale, mi farebbe piacere dare un suggerimento: sulle vostre ottime torte alle nocciole e al cioccolato, essendo logicamente asciutte, ben si accosterebbe un cucchiaio di crema allo zabajone o pasticcera, questo solo per renderle più morbide e succulente. Caffè preparato con la Moka, come in famiglia, digestivo offerto e gradito. Conto nella norma, tutto sommato adeguato alla quantità, qualità e freschezza della materia prima utilizzata. Torneremo sicuramente, siamo curiosi di assaporare altri piatti.

26/03/2024: From the reputation it has, I was a little disappointed. Fake classic environment, a little too lit with cold light. Friendly and professional staff. Interesting enough menu, but not all dishes are well made. Good raw fish, but the oyster didn't look good and the water inside was too much. Very good prawn tartare. Fresh seafood pasta... Nothing special. Cod and artichokes, good, fried artichokes and prawns, I remembered them all night. We didn't like the desserts, but you can't say they were terrible. In the end, excessive price for what was served.

25/03/2024: We booked a plateau this evening, my partner and I, and we were really enthusiastic: everything was delicious and even the arrangement and packaging were perfect. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely return!

10/03/2024: Pesce fresco. Questo è importante. Però tutto il resto mi ha tolto la voglia di gustarmelo purtroppo. Location scadente. Eravamo in una saletta sotto ( forse ricavata dalla zona cantine), senza finestre, c’era puzza di umidità, e con una scaletta a chiocciola improponibile. Bicchieri appannati. Non sono riuscita a gustarmi neanche il vino poiché i bicchieri emanavano un cattivo odore. Anche quelli dell’acqua. La tovaglie erano tutte molto stroppiate e la mia anche macchiata. Faceva freddo nonostante fossi vicino al termosifone. Non parliamo del bagno… mamma mia volevo scappare. Come primo c’era solo una pasta sul menu, e i secondi erano solo due. Probabilmente questa scelta per dare solo pesce fresco. Ma su tutto il resto molto deludente…non vedevo l’ora di andarmene. Per un plateau di pesce crudo da 150/175 euro mi spiace ma pretendo anche l’eccellenza in tutto il resto. Comunque sulla pulizia e sulla cura del locale non si può transigere ( pannelli sul soffitto staccati dall’umidità credo). Mamma che brutta esperienza…

The owner is always super friendly and nice and attentive to the needs of his customers. The quality of the food is excellent and the fish very fresh. The portions are generous. Fantastic desserts. Super pampered... Excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
