The staff was very kind and friendly, and they really turned our evening around. They also handled an unexpected situation caused by other customers very well. The atmosphere is welcoming, with the option of eating sitting on the floor with your hands, as is traditional. Reasonable prices. I recommend it.

08/06/2026: I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that the food is consistently excellent. Every dish I’ve tried has been top-tier. ​On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner. We bonded over our shared appreciation for authentic Ethiopian cuisine, and he kindly offered to host my friends and me for a special, authentic African dinner. We were treated to a selection of off-menu specialties, including a fantastic Doro Wat and various traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean stews, alongside some of the delicious starters from their regular menu. ​The service was charming and incredibly attentive. Our waitress was wonderful; she took the time to explain every dish and its ingredients in great detail, which really added to the experience. ​This place has become our go-to spot for dinner. Each visit brings back fond memories of my travels in Africa. Beyond the incredible flavors, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and maintains a very high standard of quality. If you are looking for an authentic, high-quality meal served with genuine hospitality, look no further.

We started with a mixed appetizer, varied and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors. Among the first courses, the Gorgonzola risotto with pears and saffron was creamy and well-blended, with an interesting contrast between sweet and savory. Perhaps a little delicate in flavor, but still very enjoyable. The real star was the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: a rich and abundant dish, featuring a variety of meats, vegetables, and more unusual preparations. The fried food was crispy and fairly dry, although some pieces were a bit heavier. Overall, however, it was traditional and satisfying. The desserts were also highly appreciated: the fresh and well-balanced sorbets and the delicious fried desserts, perfect for ending the meal. The friendly service and quiet atmosphere were ideal for a relaxed dinner. The prices were average, consistent with the quality and quantity. A positive experience, especially recommended for those who want to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a delicious mixed fry.

01/07/2026: A guarantee! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​Superb pizza, light dough, and tasty ingredients. Sorbole in Brandizzo has become a go-to place for pizza. ​I'll throw an idea to the place: if you included properly made smash burgers on the menu, you'd sell out every night. Keep it up!

27/06/2026: We've always come, but after tonight they won't see me again... it's a shame the food is always excellent and the waiters are always kind, but I came tonight and it's truly impossible to eat with zero air conditioning. You sweat as soon as you walk in the door. It's better outside than inside. And the fans installed there seem to do a lot (they just blow hot air). I'm sorry, but I lose the desire to eat in a place like this, then seeing the poor waiters who obviously sweat twice as much as us since they're working and constantly on the move. I recommend turning on the air conditioning or fixing it if it's not working properly, because honestly, I'll go in once and never go back, especially if I have to eat while dripping with sweat on my plate.

22/06/2026: We chose La Sorgente restaurant for our twins' baptism and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We chose their DJ and the children's entertainment, which were also excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I had dinner with some friends a few months ago, and we all chose the seafood spaghetti in a pizza crust (a wonderful discovery; I wanted another plate later) and the mixed grilled fish. What can I say? The perfect dish for everyone, and the quality was truly excellent!

06/05/2026: We chose this bar for an aperitivo and I was pleasantly surprised. The venue is located in a very elegant courtyard, perfect for a special occasion. My only small complaint: I would have liked to see a few more vegetable-based appetizers or snacks to accompany the drinks. Overall, a wonderful experience!
