The owner immediately puts guests at ease, demonstrating his friendliness, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate any request without being intrusive. The set fish menu offers a wide variety, and all the dishes are satisfying, especially for those who, like my sister and I, love seafood. The service was perfect. Excellent value for money. They even offered a discount on the menu because I didn't order the first course, so the manager was also honest. A place I'll definitely return to. I recommend it.

The owner is extremely kind, polite, and discreet, and explains each dish meticulously. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the dishes offered. The wine list is very good, though prices are slightly above average. The location isn't up to par with the fantastic cuisine.

26/04/2026: This restaurant is very nice, small and intimate, with excellent service and a variety of dishes... while we were reading the menu, we were already preparing our order for our next visit! Intrigued by the ravioli, we tried three different types, each better than the last! And then... we couldn't miss the noodles and rice... all delicious! The grape grappa offered at the counter is also excellent... unforgettable.
20/04/2026: Delicious food at very affordable prices. The handmade noodles (and you can taste it) are amazing.
Special mention for the service: they offered us a welcome appetizer, fortune cookies, and even liqueur at the end of the meal!
I will happily return!

15/05/2026: An interesting venue in the historic center of Collegno, a single room, but well-designed and beautifully furnished, with a beautiful display of wines. The three-page menu includes a lunch, a la carte, and a tasting menu, satisfying both those in a hurry and those who prefer a more detailed experience. Excellent preparation and presentation by the chef and owner, who are well-disposed and knowledgeable in explaining the dishes and drinks. I highly recommend it.

06/06/2026: We discovered the restaurant months ago. The atmosphere is elegant yet familiar. The teal blue walls are a real treat! We ate and drank very well. The attention to detail and meticulous care were evident in every dish. You could tell they love food and honor it. So we chose them for our wedding catering and we are delighted with our choice. They were organized, competent, the food was excellent, and the presentation was stunning. Thank you!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 17/05/2026: This place was recommended to us, and I must say we had a great time. The cuisine is refined and high-quality. We enjoyed everything. The Piedmontese-style appetizers were delicious, the first courses were classic, like ravioli al plin, and the berry risotto was truly top-notch. The second course was pork medallions with a side of unique purple cabbage, and then, to finish, a tiramisu that was superb. We really appreciated the service of the waiters and the owner. Thank you.

06/06/2026: This evening (Friday) I went to this place with two friends. I found the place welcoming and the food excellent. The farinata was the best I've ever had, and the pinsa was super light, crunchy, and made with top-notch ingredients. The desserts deserve a special mention because I'm still licking my lips. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

15/02/2026: Last night my sweetheart and I treated ourselves to a dinner for two at this restaurant we know. Naturally, Drof specializes in seafood delicacies, which you absolutely must try with a nice bottle of bubbly. The service and expertly presented shellfish make Drof a real gem. We'll be back soon! Worth a visit!
17/12/2025: Second time with my friend Albino and second dose of excitement! Raw ingredients of rare quality and freshness, treated with love and skill by expert and delicate hands. Five stars are not enough for this food atelier, and not least the staff: sensitive, professional, cheerful; attentive but never intrusive—in short, excellent in every way. Heartfelt thanks to all of you for this extraordinary experience, which we will certainly repeat whenever we have the chance.
