10/05/2026: Amazing!! Mattia and Monica, two wonderful people, excellent hosts who make you feel at ease, like you're part of the family. A wide selection of craft beers—I'm biased these days, and California always wins, but if you have any doubts, Mattia will always be able to advise you. To accompany the beer, there are Monica's excellent pinsas, pesto and cherry tomatoes, veal with tuna sauce, mortadella, and burrata (be careful, they're absolutely addictive! 😉) In short, if work has given you a hellish week, Monica and Mattia will put a smile back on your face and put you in a good mood over a chat, a beer, and a pinsa. What more can I say? Come try them, you'll surely be satisfied. And the ribs at the taproom's season opener—what the heck, they're ridiculously good, addictive! 🤤🤤🤤!!! P.S. Don't forget to bring at least 12 bottles to your family and friends when you return home.
