Scam? Despite the typical setting and the service, which constantly asked if everything was okay, I find myself making some criticisms. First of all, the reservation was supposed to be a gift made via a smartbox and should have included two covers as stated on the website. However, when I asked what was actually included, the owner told me that there was only one menu offered and I would have to pay for the other one along with drinks. My reaction was quite shocked; I think this is unfair to the customer and I suggest the staff improve their communication, especially since there wasn't even one person who spoke Italian well enough to explain this major problem. The food was average, some things more than others, but the fact remains that the final "surprise" was a bitter one. Ultimately, if you're planning on giving someone a dinner as a gift, don't believe what "smartbox" says: you'll have to pay for your own.
