When you think it couldn't be better, dessert arrives, making you think perfection can be surpassed!!! Highly recommended!!! Compliments to the chef and staff!

The menu is extensive: the chef's dishes are interesting and imaginative, with excellent pairings!
The quality is certainly not lacking, but it's important to consider the price tag.
The service is very helpful and friendly.
I'd like to emphasize the chef's willingness and kindness to create special dishes after we indicated vegan options at our table when booking.
Recommended if you're looking for new flavors and experiences!

The house appetizer and first courses (ricotta orecchiette with blue cheese) were delicious.
The crème caramel with breadstick tart was special!
07/07/2026: For some unknown reason, I'd never eaten here before...but I'll definitely be back in the future. Definitely the best food I've had in Oulx and the surrounding area in recent years: generous portions, fair prices, an excellent selection of wines, including by the glass, unique local dishes (the ghinefle and eclause are definitely worth trying!), and friendly, light service. All in all, a wonderful experience!

09/05/2026: The Piedmontese cuisine is truly top-quality, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The zabaglione with ladyfingers is a must-try.
08/04/2026: A typical trattoria, tastefully decorated, offering a warm welcome, and above all, abundant and delicious cuisine! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, including the garden vegetables and the carefully selected and perfectly cooked meats. The first courses are also delicious, topped with homemade sauces. The desserts are delicious. I've been to this trattoria before, and I've returned because everything is homemade and the prices are reasonable. For example, at lunchtime, the full fixed-price menu costs €18, including water or wine.

11/06/2026: I went on an away trip with my team and we stopped several times, both morning and evening, and we always found excellent food and great service.
Thanks to Gabriella, Carmelo, and Matteo, who made our evenings enjoyable and always cheered us up. A well-deserved 5 stars, thanks also to them.

17/05/2026: I didn't stay, just had lunch. Let's not even consider the service. The food was definitely not noteworthy, except for the oil and grease. A large table, a tray (don't go hungry). Apparently, 0 isn't an option.

I came in to get a cappuccino and a croissant, which I would have enjoyed while sitting down to breastfeed my daughter.
Except for the fact that I wasn't asked if I wanted a hand, given the difficult moment, because I had the baby in my arms who was complaining because I had to breastfeed her, plus the stroller and trying to pay with the croissant in my hand. Empathy or courtesy were lacking. Then I went up to the counter asking for a cappuccino deck (which I had paid for) and asked to sit down, and they looked at me dirtyly as if to say you shouldn't (but I repeat, I had to breastfeed). I just wanted to sit down, put the stroller and croissant on the table, and I would have gone and gotten the cappuccino. Anyway, I sat down and a caffè deck was delivered, and there I politely explained that I had ordered a decaf cappuccino, not coffee, and the girl took the coffee annoyed and, huffing, went back to the counter to pour the coffee into the cappuccino cup and finish it off.
So, I'm posting rudely. I'm sorry because we used to go there often...but I'm afraid I won't go again...it's the second time this has happened to us, and they're a bit lacking in empathy, unfortunately.
12/06/2026: The waiters were very kind, but the owner was rude and impolite. She didn't used to be like this. And two mini sandwiches and a medium red one for €20 doesn't seem like a great deal to me.
