The fish was the highlight of the meal—perfectly fresh, expertly prepared, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in every dish. To finish, I had a coffee, and it was excellent—rich, smooth, and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional seafood, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Our best lunch in Piedmont, worthy of a Michelin starred restaurant without the pretense or prices. All dishes were balanced, flavorful, and elegant with generous portions that respected tradition and utilized genuine ingredients. Good service and nice atmosphere complemented a truly outstanding culinary interlude. Not to be missed.

Well done. Everything was excellent, without frills or "reinterpretations." The staff in the dining room were cheerful and polite, as well as professional. In a downpour like no other, at the end of lunch, they lent me an umbrella to go to the parking lot and pick up my own, which I'd left in the car. Small touches that make a special day a fitting end.

This was the second time we went back, we ate really well, the only thing I didn't like was the excessive price of the dessert, compared to the quantity, the quality was very good.

A fried poached egg, served on a bed of green peas and with a corn salad: the egg was delicious, crispy on the outside, and the yolk was runny. Unfortunately, the rosemary described in the menu wasn't noticeable. The vitello tonnato – well-cooked veal. A tasty tuna sauce. The Fasana beef entrecote – medium rare. Delicious. Served with baked potatoes, which were also excellent. The breaded, fried guinea fowl breast was served on a bed of caramelized onions with fresh sweet and sour cabbage. The breast was dry, failing to bring out the guinea fowl flavor. The cabbage lacked creaminess. The thyme described in the menu was imperceptible. Overall, the food was good, but I expected something more, especially since it's not a budget restaurant and has a Michelin designation. Fast, efficient service. Well-chosen wine.

We had lunch at this elegant and welcoming restaurant, choosing both the Piedmontese and vegetarian menus. The veal with tuna sauce, plin with roast beef sauce, and bonet pasta were unforgettable. All accompanied by an excellent glass of Piedmontese wine. The service was attentive and prompt. Given the high quality of the dishes, we found the bill more than fair. Highly recommended.
