We stopped here by chance on our way back from Turin. We wanted to eat something traditional and try Piedmontese meat, and this butcher shop/restaurant was a wonderful discovery. The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, intimate yet homey, with very friendly staff. The raw meat was excellent, the veal tagliata very tender and juicy, and the agnolotti were also a special highlight, with a rich and truly delicious filling. Highly recommended.

We stumbled upon this place completely by chance on our way back from vacation. The restaurant and staff were charming, the atmosphere was perfect—a blend of artisan butcher and wine cellar—and the food was delicious. It's definitely worth a visit!

Everything was fantastic. We started lunch with some exceptional cured meats, worthy of anything but the salampatata. Then we continued with the grill, with the best cured meats I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.

Family lunch...they reserved the whole room for us. We'd agreed on a menu when we booked. They served the appetizers with impeccable speed, letting us savor every course. TOP Plin. And the desserts too...mouth-watering.

I've lived in the small village where this delightful Ristomacelleria is located for a few years, but I hadn't yet had the opportunity to dine there. You enter a small, well-appointed and characteristic space. Friendly and informal service, excellent ingredients, and generous portions. A truly wonderful project! I must therefore applaud the owners for continuing to cultivate this business with passion in a region that otherwise has very little to offer.

Eaten by God, in a family atmosphere. I'll be back.

On our way back from Turin to Milan, we stopped at this delicatessen/trattoria. We had a wonderful meal, with quality, fresh products. The quality/price ratio was excellent. Congratulations, keep it up! 👌

Excellent food and a very nice place. Fresh meat cooked to your liking. Great selection of wines.
