25/07/2026: A lovely, modern and original place, with friendly and professional staff. The pizza is good, but with its pros and cons. I ordered a "normal" pizza, with a good, non-traditional dough and the addition of some coarser flours, resulting in a crispy crust and a thin base, making it light and easy to digest. Approved. The choice of mozzarella is a matter of taste; it's good and stringy, but it releases a lot of water, leaving the center of the pizza very soft. It's impossible to eat it in slices without cutting off the tip and having to eat it with a fork. Is this a flaw? I don't know, it's been a bit boring for me, but I repeat, the pizza was good. I would opt for a drier mozzarella, typical for pizza. I'll be back, especially for the place and the friendly atmosphere.

This evening we had dinner at this lovely place, where you can choose from the menus offered or create your own dish by choosing the meat from the butcher's counter. We had a mixed grill menu and a chicken one, fries and three kebabs for my son, two waters and a coffee. The price was €44, which I'd say was fair! It's just a shame I live far away, otherwise I'd go there often! Recommended for anyone who wants to eat good meat! The service was fast and attentive, unlike some of the reviews I've read.

Pleasant atmosphere with adequate space between tables.

11/05/2026: So.... Ordered 2 pizzas 🍕 to take away. Punctual. Pizzas still hot in its container. At first glance the pizza looks good and homogeneous, perhaps a little more creativity would give a personalized touch at first glance but all in all it's fine. The even edge toasted to the right point. When cut it appears not elastic and well cooked, its roughness in the white part (so underneath) is fine, not everyone has this precaution makes it crispier because the heat cooks it without burning it (it seems strange but it is like that, they are microcracks and the air circulates). The homogeneous dough seems to be of good quality (I hope so) the thin rolling makes it more digestible without forgetting, I repeat, its crispiness. The ingredients are of good quality for what I ordered. All in all good + to be excellent, let's hope for tomorrow. In any case, it deserves 5 stars. The farinata should improve one star
