13/03/2024: Typical Tuscan restaurant and cuisine! The environment is beautiful, welcoming and with great attention to detail both internally and outside.
Very typical and rich menu!
Chianti risotto creamed with pecorino, very good. Even meat.
Discreet service, staff with polite and kind young people.
Prices absolutely normal.
The only improvement I would recommend: the desserts. Slightly dry chocolate cake.
06/03/2024: We went exclusively to taste the Florentine, but it was finished, which shouldn't happen, we had to opt, very annoyed, for a rib-eye.
In the end, however, we left satisfied, because
they were able to take care of our disappointment with courtesy and then the rib was very good

22/08/2023: Wir waren bei Panigaccio ein paar Malen und waren begeistert von Qualität des Fleisches und Ambiente . Vor allem die Battuta war sagenhaft! Leider bei unserem letzten Besuch in Juli 2023 , haben wir erfahren, dass das Lokal komplett zu hat . Schade !!!!

06/01/2024: Serata tranquilla, non conoscevo questo locale così piccolo ma ben organizzato. Il cibo davvero ottimo, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e provato molti piatti, forse un po’ scarno il piatto di salumi rispetto al resto. Personale abbastanza preparato ma una piccola pecca per i tavoli che sono disposti in maniera da ottimizzare gli spazi e non da favorire la comodità dei clienti , ma davvero una piccolissima critica

Ringrazio anche il titolare che è riuscito all'ultimo momento a riservarmi un tavolo, malgrado una serata di punta, segno di grande sensibilità verso il cliente. Le proposte della cucina sono eccellenti sotto tutti i punti di vista. I pici cacio e pepe sono uno dei miei piatti preferiti ed anche in questo caso ho fatto la scelta giusta. Ottime le proposte di vini e molto buono anche il vino della casa. Il rapporto qualità e prezzo è adeguato all'alta qualità del prodotto
