13/04/2026: Highly recommended restaurant! The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, helpful, and super organized.
It's also excellent for those with food intolerances; they're attentive!
A variety of desserts for those with a sweet tooth!
The roast cart is highly recommended!
Plus, ample parking and a great location for parties, complete with a garden with a fountain.
Truly excellent!
11/04/2026: Great place to have traditional Piemontese dishes. We had a giro of antipasti which I highly recommend, pasta and steak in barolo sauce.
One more thing: the zabaione is TO DIE FOR!!!! Absolutely the best desert of our entire trip. I would come here just for that desert.

Unfortunately, in recent deliveries (at least in the last year), prices have increased significantly, and the quality and service have significantly declined. Last week, a pizza and a burger were delivered practically cold!

13/04/2026: A classic trattoria, one where quantity trumps quality. Let's be clear: the food isn't bad at all, but I didn't find anything particularly good or exciting. However, objectively, for a €33 menu with three appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses, with water and wine... I'd say expecting too much is foolishness, but overall, I have to say the raw beef wasn't bad, and the blueberry pork cheek was too. The risotto didn't taste like Castelmagno cheese, the agnolotti weren't exceptional, and the braised beef tasted too much like cloves, but overall, the hospitality was very appreciable. So, in conclusion, if you want to celebrate something, hosting a large table with a set menu without spending a lot is the right place.

We had a delicious bagna cauda, rich in vegetables.

01/01/2026: A historic Piedmontese restaurant like few others today. A genuine and authentic atmosphere expressed through friendly and attentive service. Traditional dishes prepared with dedication include five or six typical appetizers, one or two first courses, one or two second courses, including a spectacular Piedmontese-style fried dish, along with desserts, coffee, and bottles of bitters brought to each table. The menu is a fixed price, so there is no à la carte option. This is one of those restaurants that are pillars of Piedmontese tradition...a place worth preserving.
19/12/2025: There's no better restaurant serving authentic Turin cuisine within a 100km radius.
Since 1977, I've never left the restaurant without being amazed by the food and service. Mario is an attentive and perfect owner.
In the Alta Langa and Alto Monferrato areas, they dream of a Ristoro Villata.
Unfortunately, tourists from outside Turin don't understand much about cuisine and therefore can't fully appreciate it.
