06/04/2024: Very tied to traditions. Classic Piedmontese restaurant rooted in its history. It features all Piedmontese appetizers, both hot and cold. Do the tasting because there are so many. The raw meat is excellent Classic Piedmontese agnolotti reminiscent of Sunday lunch. Sufficient for the mixed fried food, thanks for the addition of brains... Good but, I've eaten better ones. Cheese trolley... excellent! Excellent and their specialty is zabaglione... fantastic. The wines are good but...remember that the bottles must be opened at the table The young waiter (it was perhaps one of his first services) deserves an 8 for the great effort he put into it... his colleagues will certainly be able to teach him a lot I suppose the place is deliberately 80's style, it deserves a revisit but, no personal choices

24/02/2024: Cibo tutto sommato abbastanza buono, poca scelta nel menù pranzo. Consiglio un cambio del servizio al tavolo per la lentezza e la poca organizzazione. Ci sono persone che aspettano 30 minuti per un tavolo. Poca chiarezza sull’apertura e chiusura della porta di ingresso 😅

21/02/2024: Lo trovo nettamente migliore rispetto al passato, ora come ora il locale ti stimola a ritornare, sia per la qualità del cibo sia per la cortesia del proprietario e di tutto lo staff, manca ancora qualcosa dal reparto cucina ma comunque la mia esperienza è positiva, ho trovato il pesce davvero fresco e di ottima qualità…sicuramente consigliato e sicuramente ci ritornerò…

08/03/2024: 4 of us went for lunch on a Thursday, we chose excellent mini arancini as a starter, a liter of red wine and a mixed fry of calamari, prawns and paranza each and 2 lemon sorbets. All for 60 euros. We will return to try other dishes. I didn't take photos.

27/02/2024: Really great food. For now I have only eaten pizza and panuozzi. I can say that they are really excellent. The staff were kind and courteous.
