09/03/2025: Beautiful experience, everything was excellent starting from the service in the room, the kitchen, then what to say? Really all good, nothing to object to. Delicious fried pizza accompanied by a tasty glass of white wine. The appetizers and first courses are also top notch, not to mention the FANTASTIC Florentine 😍 education and kindness to the max. 26/01/2025: In the end you feel at home, Federico is truly the absolute number one... with an excellent staff who follows him!! The dishes are always new and truly unique, a real delight for the palate, if you are sad and go to work your happiness will come back!! Typical and traditional cuisine Each dish is better than the other from start to finish, never banal but always sensational!! For me the best place on Foligno

24/01/2025: Upon entering you immediately feel the right atmosphere, like a tavern. The food is excellent and the cuisine on offer changes every week, paying attention to the territory and raw materials. Pigeon is their trademark, it's how my grandmother made it. There is no lack of love for music, which made me nothing but happy. When I pass through Foligno I will definitely return to try the first courses.

10/03/2025: Stratospheric. There are not many other adjectives. The quality of the food is undisputed, we ate well and a lot, despite this zero problems in digestion, you do not feel heavy. Characteristic location, welcoming, very kind staff, absolutely competitive prices. Then of course there is him, GIORGIONE, the real added value. Clearly he does not need any introduction. We are already thinking of going back towards the end of September 😁

09/02/2025: What can I say.....everything was excellent!!! Maria was the perfect hostess, kind, witty, always smiling!!! Giorgione was very helpful. What can I say about dinner?? Just the appetizer was a riot of delicacies that just looking at them made your mouth water. The apartment where we stayed was very large and delicious in a splendid, very well-kept building. Well done everyone, congratulations!!!!!

06/03/2025: The products used to fill the 0 km sandwiches are a true masterpiece for the palate. Characteristic place in the square. The owner is friendly and very attentive. Varied menu and lots of choice.

11/03/2025: I had fond memories of this place, we ate here for my niece's graduation... let's say it remained more or less the same... good food, I just don't understand the need to batter the frying, just flour is enough so it's dry... but it's harder!! However, if you are near Fano, stop by for fresh and well-cooked fish... and get the Rustita!!!

27/02/2025: Locale intimo ed accogliente all’interno del borgo di Torgiano . Si viene accolti dalla gentilezza del proprietario . Il vero trionfo è la cucina . Piatti del territorio cucinati in modo tradizionale ed eccellente. Accuratezza nella ricerca degli ingredienti . Ottima carta dei vini . Davvero una piacevole esperienza …. Torneremo presto per provare altre prelibatezze !!!

07/03/2025: Cena in famiglia.. Ogni volta trovi grandi novità! Oltre ai loro super antipasti ci hanno deliziato con un tortello fritto di carbonara con ripieno di uovo liquido, raponzoli fritti, spalletta di maiale brado. Primi strepitosi cucinata dalla signora Patrizia con maestria: tortelli ripieni di manzo stufato su un fondo di arrosti, gnocchi ripieni di funghi porcini. Come secondi abbiamo preso il coniglio in porchetta con finocchietto servito con una deliziosa crema di patate e carré di agnello. Per finire in bellezza abbiamo scelto le ultime delizie della chef Benedetta: bignè ripieni di crema chantilly con fondente liquido servito al tavolo e la crostatina di frolla con una coulisse di lamponi, chantilly e soffice di mimosa. Tutto è stato accompagnato da un servizio attento e preciso ad ogni esigenza da parte di Tommaso. Con la sua professionalità e simpatia ci ha reso la serata ricca di allegria e spensieratezza! 14/02/2025: Premessa fondamentale: se siete amanti dell’all you can eat o delle porzioni XXL a costi risibili, fortunatamente, questo posto non fa per voi. Ne deriva dunque un locale curato nei dettagli, un ambiente dove non si è disturbati né dal vociare né dalla musica alta o dalle suonerie dei telefoni. L’accoglienza è quella che richiede la ristorazione di un livello medio-alto, il servizio è gentile e puntuale, il proprietario è un oste d’altri tempi. L’uovo avvolto nelle patate, condito con una fonduta di Parmigiano (36 mesi), è l’abbraccio di un amico che non vedi da tempo. L’agnello con il carciofo è la coccola di mamma che non vedi da settimane. Bravi. Voto: 9

26/01/2025: Servizio puntuale e professionale, piatti ben eseguiti, ambiente accogliente e ben arredato con vini ben esposti che dimostrano la presenza una buona cantina. Riguardo alla mia personale esperienza, lascio 4 stelle e non 5 per i seguenti motivi: la carta dei vini presenta alcune inesattezze, ad esempio descrivere un Barolo vinificato in acciaio quando il disciplinare prevede minimo 18 mesi in legno é una bestemmia enologica, bene l'indicazione di annata ma sarebbe bene aggiungere la gradazione alcolica, utilissima a chi non conosce bene il mondo del vino. Altra osservazione, ottima qualità della sella di maiale nero, la quale presenta una parte grassa importante, che chiede a mani giunte di essere poggiata sopra del pane tostato e ancora caldo così da permettere l'esaltazione del grasso leggermente sciolto, servirla con del pane freddo non le rende giustizia. Piccole osservazioni, ma in un posto dove é difficilissimo spendere meno di 80€ a testa, si auspica di fare un'esperienza vicina alla perfezione, magari anche con la presenza di un sommelier in sala che dia una mano ai meno esperti. Spero le osservazioni fatte, siano utili a un'ulteriore passo in avanti, ma la strada é quella giusta

30/03/2025: The appetizers were unique and good (including the quail eggs 😉). We ordered a trio of first courses (gnocchi Norcia, tagliatelle rosse al cinghiale e bianche al truffe), it's hard to decide which is the best! Courteous service, young and helpful guys. Highly recommended!
