Very friendly and helpful staff. Very, very good food. Definitely worth a try, but I recommend booking because it's always crowded.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the tripe was truly excellent. Unfortunately, the rabbit in porchetta was probably the worst I've had among the Umbrian restaurants I've tried on this trip, and there are now more than half a dozen. It's a shame, because the place has a pleasant atmosphere and the service was friendly, but overall the experience was too inconsistent to give a higher rating. For this reason, I can only give it three stars.

Great truffle inspired dishes with a nice atmosphere. Service was nice but our waiter made ordering quite difficult as we didn’t want a 5 course meal.

Slightly baffled by all the rave reviews and the fact that this restaurant is noted in the Michelin Guide. The service was fine, but nothing to note, and the food was distinctly average. The meat was dry, including the wild boar ragù, and lacked seasoning.

This is a 10/10 review ! I called from overseas before arriving in PG and I was instantly welcomed on the phone by whom I believe is the owner. I’m “Francesca da Malta - ciao “ 👋 The reviews were all true. Excellent service all around. The staff really are very knowledgeable and professional. The food was exquisite and the wine by the glass of high quality and very inexpensive. The limoncello at the end was also great. I had the polenta with marrows and cingiale to start off with which was amazing! My mum had aubergine involtini also fresh and delicious. I then had the braised beef and mum the beef cheek - everything super. We had a little chair where to keep our bags which was a nice welcome and probably above what is expected from a Michelin guide. We were also allowed to taste the wine even if it was by the glass, again extra! We hope to be back 🙏 grazie mille !

Delicious. Suitable for celiacs (quote). The two waiters who served us were wonderful. One super friendly and the other super professional (perfectly balanced). We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Very nice local food. The service was great. Avarage VFM. The wild boar ragu- was very 'livery' tasted. Steak strips were coocked very well. Tiramisu was OK, I expected more from an italian place...

A small restaurant with a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available. I ate wonderfully: traditional Umbrian dishes carefully prepared and truly delicious (Umbricelli with wild boar ragù, ricotta-filled tortelli and ciauscolo with leek cream). The bill was also absolutely reasonable for the quality. Definitely a place to return to! P.S.: Thanks to the friendliest waiter in Perugia.
