Beautiful setting with the option of sitting at tables on the terrace with a stunning view of the green hills. Very good food, carefully prepared. The portions are nouvelle cuisine-style, as are the prices.

Just the most incredible restaurant! The food was delicious, the staff were unbelievably kind and accomadating, the restaurant itself is stunning and the view at sunset overlooking the valley is unmatched. Just the most perfect evening.

I visited Taverna del Verziere during a visit to Montone, and I must say it's one of those places that stays with you forever. The restaurant is located in the heart of the village, inside the ancient crypt of the church of San Fedele: stone walls, soft lighting, a warm atmosphere... as soon as you enter, you immediately know you're in a special place. I ate on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills: simply stunning, especially enjoying the colors of a spring sunset. The cuisine is authentic Umbrian, well-crafted, without frills. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care with which the dishes are prepared. Among the things I appreciated most: - Truly excellent local cured meats - Wild boar stew with caramelized onion - Traditional first courses, flavorful and well-balanced - Tender and delicious sliced ​​steak with rosemary - Homemade desserts that round out the dinner perfectly Adequate portions, consistent flavors, everything very carefully prepared. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. Even at the busiest times, I never felt neglected. The timing was right, and the atmosphere relaxed. Why would I return? It's one of those restaurants where you feel welcomed and pampered, and where every detail—from the ambiance to the food—contributes to a pleasant experience. Perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for a quiet evening with friends or family. Prices: Very good value: you eat well, you feel comfortable, and the bill is in line with what's on offer.

Easter Monday isn't the best day to praise certain places, but I have to say they did a great job despite the restaurant being fully booked. Excellent food. Perhaps the service could be improved, but again, it's a special day.

You can sense the attention paid to the customer, which is far from a given. The atmosphere deserves special mention: warm, intimate, perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. A place you'll gladly return to... and where you immediately understand that the cuisine is made with passion.
