She is the creator of fantastic dishes prepared on the spot, with skill and passion, what was found in the "home kitchen" but applied this time to the restaurant's cuisine. The union of flavors and ingredients at km 0 and you will not find large-scale retail products! Not to mention sweet coffees and bitters that you will hardly find on the market. I highly recommend trying their cuisine, for lunch or dinner, and rest assured that you will find what they explain to you on your plate!
