Good surprise close to the Basilica of Santa Clara. The service was very friendly and the food was very good. The starter, made with breaded pumpkin, was very tasty.

Locale tradizionale, a gestione familiare, meta di VIP in mostra sulle decine di foto appese all'ingresso. Atmosfera calorosa e accogliente, con i proprietari che raccontano di sè e della propria attività. Cucina tradizionale, senza particolari guizzi. Molto buoni l'uovo CBT e le polpette alla perugina. Buone anche le carni, golosi i dessert. Prezzo un poco alto rispetto ai piatti.

Excellent food, we liked all the dishes a lot (there were 14 of us); terrible service, certainly due to the excessive turnout of people - being a splendid and sunny Sunday with many tourists - but ignore the customers who complain about the delay in the delivery of the dishes, tell them that the orders are on the way, and then confess that order in the kitchen had been lost... and above all passing the buck regarding responsibility for the disservice, is not professional. It would have been enough to apologize instead of blaming each other between waiters and chefs, while the owner was only concerned with taking stock of the other tables with her head bowed. The terrace is very beautiful but be careful: if there is too much sun even in the middle of winter you risk melting in the heat. Absolutely reasonable final bill

The terrace offers a fantastic setting for a lunch, the staff both in the dining room and in the kitchen were very helpful and friendly, very good starters, truly exceptional first courses, we will definitely be back!

Unique location in the center of Assisi with the famous terrace overlooking the central square; I personally have been frequenting it, albeit occasionally, since the 70s and have followed its various changes over time. High level atmosphere with attentive but not intrusive staff; we happened upon it for lunch on Sunday and found the usual availability even though the rooms were fully booked. We chose eggs on truffle potato cream, stuffed and fried courgette flowers, gnocchi with meat sauce, grilled vegetables and baked potatoes. Perfect execution and absolutely suggestive flavours. Account in line with the location and the quality of the proposals.

Locale situato nel centro storico di Assisi, proprio sulla piazza del comune, l’ingresso è’ nascosto in una vietta laterale che rende ancora più affascinante l’affaccio sulla piazza quando si arriva al tavolo. Bellissima terrazza in cui si può mangiare con una vista unica. Personale e cuoco gentilissimi, sommelier competente e meticoloso nelle descrizioni. Carne di buona qualità ben cotta e servita. In 6 bevendo un rosso di Montefalco con due portate a testa ed un dolce abbiamo speso 250€, assolutamente in linea con l’esperienza e la location
