Had dinner last night in this restaurant, housed in a beautiful historical building overlooking Piazza del Comune. The terrace offers a stunning setting for al fresco dining, and enjoying the fresh evening breeze while taking in the view made the experience even more memorable. Moreno, the owner, warmly welcomed us and shared the rich and fascinating history of both the restaurant and the local culinary traditions, adding a personal touch that made us appreciate the experience even more. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable from start to finish. We started with the tagliere, featuring an excellent selection of local cold cuts, cheeses, and other regional specialties. For our main courses, we enjoyed the pappardelle al cinghiale and the lamb, both of which were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Everything about our evening was exceptional—the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the quality of the food. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.

Right in the center of Assisi. Traditional cuisine, good, authentic, and hearty. We mainly tried the appetizers and first courses, all of which were truly delicious. A charming location, with the outdoor terrace being more appealing than the interior. Prices were reasonable, and we were very satisfied.

Typical, high-quality cuisine: excellent cured meats and cheeses, and generous portions! The owner welcomed us kindly and courteously. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

Lunch on the terrace on a lovely spring-like day. In an Assisi packed with pilgrims, we felt like we were in a haven for a select few. A wonderful feeling. The food was carefully prepared, with excellent and expertly selected ingredients. The service was prompt and attentive. The quality/price ratio was very fair, I'd say.
