Today, March 28th, we had lunch at Pecchiarda. It was our first time, and we'll definitely be back, and soon! Service provided by very courteous and enthusiastic young people, and top-quality meat cooked—listen carefully—over live wood-fired embers! Truly an excellent trattoria, worth marking in your diary if you're ever in Spoleto. And...a fair price! Sincere compliments, also for the crescia and torta grassa!

All the dishes we tried were delicious! I especially recommend the ones with fruit pairings—they're truly unique! The atmosphere and staff were truly welcoming. If we return to Spoleto, we'll definitely be back for dinner!
