This evening we had dinner at the Bigonza osteria, a small space but with a great atmosphere. The food tastes good and excites with its simplicity and passion. Furthermore, the musical swing caresses the dishes and adds poetry to an evening to remember. Thanks to the manager Michele and the other pleasant guests.

By chance we found ourselves in front of this tavern and realized that we could eat like at home. Typical dishes, abundant and exceptional, even the red face, good glass...
For Saturday and Sunday it's better to call and book, small place, a salon like home... that's why everything is good.

I've been wanting to go for a while and finally went there to eat. Very small place in the center of Trevi. Very characteristic with good service and excellent food for homely palates it is the top. Among Amatriciana Gricia, legume soups, tripe, a good celery parmigiana, a feast for the palate. Forget the gourmet

Un’ osteria rimasta ferma nel tempo. Pochissimi coperti, stringendo bene al massimo 17. Alle pareti memorabilia di ogni genere. Una carta semplice ma ricca di fascino. Servizio cordiale ed efficiente. Si mangiano piatti tipici e rivisitati . Noi, sabato a pranzo abbiamo scelto la bruschetta con l’olio nuovo (6 fette di ottimo pane umbro che abbiamo condiviso ). A seguire una gricia di montagna, squisita. Poi fegatini nello spiedino con contorno, ottimi e colpo finale una indimenticabile parmigiana di sedano nero. Che dire, niente ! Si mangia, si gusta e si sogna. Andateci e tornateci.

Ristorante piccolo ma molto accogliente, un ringraziamento a Michele, persona nobile e disponibile .
Abbiamo scoperto la Bigonza per caso, non avevamo prenotato, ma nonostante l’arrivo alle ore 14:00 ci hanno lasciato accomodare per pranzo. Il menù è molto essenziale ma sicuramente troverete tra le pietanze proposte qualcosa che stuzzica la vostra curiosità. Abbiamo preso come antipasto lo sformato di patate, di buona qualità e due primi La porcina ( Pasta Fresca con crema di funghi porcini ) La gricia di bosco ( Pasta fresca con crema di porcini, pecorino e guanciale croccante). Entrambi i primi erano eccezionali.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!
