I was in this restaurant for a birthday with friends, in the Umbria-Marche Apennines, I would like to point out that it is necessary to book in advance Once you arrive you understand why... the place is very characteristic, spacious, the manager welcomes us as if we were family And then...we start with the full menu Starters of all kinds, first courses, second courses, desserts The truffle reigns supreme, everything is excellent and very abundant Furthermore, the restaurant is located close to the old woods, by parking the car you can go for walks following the paths Really top

Ristorante tipico immerso nella natura, specializzato in piatti base di tartufo. Materie prime selezionate con cura, primi piatti e dolci fatti in casa accompagnati da una ampia scelta di vini. Ottima anche la pizza, pasta ben lievitata e cotta a legna. Il tutto in un ambiente professionale e familiare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Primo giorno dell'anno, arriviamo tardi, locale pieno zeppo. Nonostante questo ottimi i tempi del servizio e cibo da 10 e lode. Piatti abbondanti e tutto straordinariamente buono. Il locale non è di passaggio ma già alla prima forchettata dimentichi dove ti trovi e come ci sei arrivato. Il personale cortese e gentile, senza troppi fronzoli, si capisce che sono abituati a lavorare tanto. È di certo un posto di cui parlerò e consiglierò.

Ristorante un po’ fuori mano ma in assoluto la casa del tartufo. Piatti tutti ben preparati e molto buoni. Servizio attento e rapido. Nota di merito perché accettano i cani. Assolutamente consigliato.

16/01/2024: I went to this very nice restaurant in the center of Gubbio on a Sunday for lunch; very informal and characteristic environment, friendly staff and good food. We took two platters with cured meats, cheeses and croutons (mostly cured meats), very good, with a note of merit for the truly exceptional truffle honey, then we took a melted caciotta with truffle (very good), a portion of truffle umbricelli ( really good and plentiful) and a tartare with truffle and pumpkin cream, this good but nothing exceptional which is why I give it 4 stars, the pumpkin cream was served too cold and the meat itself a little tasteless. Overall though it's definitely a place I would recommend! Average prices.

Villa Selva Country House

07/04/2024: We stayed in the "Chiusa di Pannone" apartment, very large, very comfortable for 5 people (2 rooms, one of which is triple, with separate bathrooms and hydromassage tub). Equipped with all comforts, furnished in an elegant and rustic way at the same time. Equipped kitchenette. Fantastic stay!
17/03/2024: Arrived in the heart of Umbria for dinner and welcomed with kindness. After the excellent buffet we would have already been set like this, two first courses and two second courses with house wine, then desserts and coffee. Truly enchanting location. We appreciated the very friendly service.
