We regularly order lunch or dinner at Baffone because the dishes, strictly truffle-based, are excellent and the staff always provide a warm welcome in a welcoming atmosphere, whatever the season.

Fantastic restaurant, typically Umbrian. We had the Baffone appetizer, which was truly excellent, and the first courses, needless to say, were exceptional. Coming from Rome, the journey is long, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommended, and I can't say enough about the staff, they're all wonderful and kind. Keep up the good work.

Excellent dinner! We chose the truffle appetizer and two truffle-themed first courses. House wine. Everything was excellent. Service was prompt and welcoming, though a little slower during peak hours. Understandable, given that the place was practically packed. We'll be back!

I've never eaten so much truffle at such affordable prices. Excellent quality, homemade pasta, charming location. If you're going by motorbike, the road is a bit potholed, but it's doable by car, no problem. The place is worth it, even if you have to ride a camel!
