If you're looking for a quiet place to eat well, stop by. At Metemagno, the only risk is wanting to order the entire menu. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent dishes, and top-notch service!

The overall rating is positive. As for the food, I'd praise the first course, where I noticed the freshness of the ingredients; the appetizer was a little less so, but I probably didn't make the best choice. The service was excellent. I'd say the atmosphere was average.

My boyfriend and I had dinner at this restaurant in the heart of Foligno. The outdoor setting is very nice, but the service is very insistent, almost intrusive. We ordered a fried buffalo mozzarella to share, which was quite good although slightly bland, two spaghetti with truffle and pistachio, two overly sweet beers, and a bottle of water. We found the price excessive.

Three of us had dinner there. Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly. They even let us sit outside and heated up the mushrooms just for us, at our request. Definitely worth repeating, a wonderful experience.

03/06/2026: We had lunch at Mamma Ida's on Saturday, May 30th. The food was really good: gnocchi with ricotta and sausage, lentil soup, and a cheese appetizer. Everything was good and plentiful, except for the cheeses, which were a bit pricey for the portion. For dessert, a ricotta, lentil, and chocolate tart was truly excellent. The view of the entire landscape was beautiful, but it was a shame the flowers hadn't started to bloom yet.

05/05/2026: Nice location in the center of Gubbio. The selection of crescentini is quite extensive, but in my opinion they're all a bit dry; something creamy like cheese would be a good choice. We waited about 45 minutes for our order, but since it was a holiday, we didn't mind. The prices were fair. The waiters were young and helpful.
02/05/2026: Good evening, based on the excellent reviews, I expected something more; perhaps I had very high expectations. Everything was acceptable.
